In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the old town. The balcony overlooks an endless beautiful view of the city, the city bell tower and the sea. The apartment is 5 km from the sea with beautiful beaches in Fažana, Peroj and Barbariga. The property has private parking, a children's playground with swings, billiards and table football. Next to the pool, guests have a shower, 6 deck chairs, quality garden furniture and two barbecues (grill and gas).

Beautiful little townhouse, located in the old town center of Pićan. It is adapted for guests who want to stay for a longer period of time, but also for guests who are exploring Istria. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a lounge area with a TV and an open fireplace. Upstairs, steep stairs lead up to a hallway that divides two bedrooms. One has a French bed with closets and other equipment, and the other room has two separate beds for one person.

The town house is located in the heart of the old town Pula, only 150 meters from the main square (Forum). Within 500 meters you will find many restaurants and bars, parks, the food market, buses, taxi, the sea front, and the Roman amphitheatre Arena. The house has two small gardens which are private and very quiet, although you are in the middle of the city centre.
