Holiday rentals with a patio in Issyk Kul

I liked everything. It was cozy, comfortable, the bed linen was soft and pleasant. Good place to relax, everything was as described. Thanks to the hosts!

This place was comfortable, clean with modern appliances. Was very close to 24 hour restaurants, many small grocery stores and cafes. Walkable distance to the metro and mall. Definitely great for long stays and for a family. Host was very responsive and ready to help. It was a very relaxing place to be in and utterly enjoyed our stay.

We were very comfortable in an apartment that was beautifully designed

We only stayed one night, but it was lovely, just as described. Amina is really friendly and always has answers to your questions. We had accidentally left something behind and after several times contact during the day, she made sure we could pick it up in the evening. Thank you so much, totally worth staying here!

We had a great stay, and location is very exclusive surrounded by many 24/7 coffee house and restaurant. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was just 30 mins from airport.

Cozy apartment, good location, close to supermarkets, plaza, shops, everything is within walking distance! A great place to stay for those who go to the Shymbulak ski resort. I left the house - I took a bus and you are already at the ski resort

The accommodation is clean and equipped with most items, so there is no inconvenience. The host is also very friendly and actively takes action on inquiries.

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

Professor Meirbek was a collaborator who took a ride in his car for free for five hours in the mountainous areas and nearby resorts and he was cooperating and with us meeting our needs and helping us a lot He was very generous so he gave us coffee and a delicious dinner On our first day We thank him, his family and his children

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

HIghly recommended host and apartment. The apartment was in the geometric center. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are closeby. Apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped. Kate was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. Very quick and responsive. Also, recommend using them for local tours as Kate and Aidos make very nice personal tours. All in all, will use them again on our next trip!

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.
