The place has parking, two good air conditioners, and all the equipment - even for Shabbat observers. It is possible to go out on Saturday at no extra charge. A couples workshop can be ordered.

In addition, the unit is located on a slope behind two retaining walls and faces south, so it is in a protected area. The community is secured with a tour and we will watch security cameras.
