The pool is fenced with gates. Three live delights kitties in the house. Our villa was built with a lot of love and investment. Please keep it and its contents as you would your own home. We kindly ask you not to eat around the house except for the designated dining areas in the dining area and balcony . We kindly ask that you do not open the house cabinets other than the kitchen cabinets and kitchen equipment that you have at your disposal. • The water in the house is heated by gas. The villa is heated by underfloor heating and it is recommended to remove outdoor shoes in order to enjoy the heating experience and keep the house clean. Our family has an adult dog that doesn't bark and may be around the house for some of your stay. He's not in the way and he's not coming in the house.

It is situated above Yehiam stream (flows winter-spring) in an Eco-Village (Klil), surrounded with nature and is a few minuets walk from a natural reserve, The house is very pleasant and comfortable, full of light and aerated, it is off the grid (solar panels and biogas toilet). You will have privacy, sea view and plenty of nature
