Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento di Gabriella, persona estremamente perbene, che ci è stata di grande aiuto nel consigliarci alcuni riferimenti in zona e nel suggerirci cosa visitare. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario anche per un lungo soggiorno. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza delle zanzariere applicate ad ogni apertura (finestra) presente nell'appartamento. La vicinanza dell'alloggio al mare è uno dei suoi punti di forza. In definitiva, la considero un'ottima esperienza da ripetere in un futuro prossimo.

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, in zona centrale, davanti al castello, a pochi passi dal lungomare. Appartamento pulito e completo di tutti i confort. Arredato con gusto e precisione. Host disponibile e preciso. Lo consiglio decisamente.

Casa comoda per la posizione accanto al mare e molto pulita. La signora Giovanna si è dimostrata molto disponibile e carina.

Consiglio vivamente intorno tante cose belle da scoprire posizione della casa a tutto il necesario intorno supermercato farmacia panetteria davanti una spiaggia molto tranquilla noi siamo stati molto bene la disponibilità di Giovanni sempre presente!! 😊casa molto comoda e pulita come descritto.

Wir haben nun zum zweiten mal im Apartment von Uldrich übernachtet. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet! Uldrich antwortet bei Fragen außergewöhnlich schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider nur für zwei Übernachtungen Zeit, aber diese Zeit haben wir sehr genossen und uns perfekt erholt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, werden wir ganz sicher wieder dort übernachten!

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

il S.Nicola è una persona veramente gentile e accogliente, capace di far sentire a casa i propri ospiti e dedicargli il tempo necessario per la loro tranquillità. L'appartamento è molto carino, a due passi dal mare e dal minimakert/tabacchi e ristorante. Con i suoi 16 gattini la compagnia di certo non mancherà nel periodo di soggiorno. L'ambiente molto pulito e ben curato con tutti i dovuti confort non vi lascerà interdetti. La zona sì è un pò spoglia di attività, ma spostarsi con la macchina non risulterà mai un problema, altri borghi vicini vi attendono

Ci Siamo trovati benissimo a Soverato nell’appartamento di Anthony. Posizione comoda, vicinissimo al corso principale e al supermercato. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e nuovo, curato con dettagli. Anthony è sempre stato disponibile, amichevole e chiaro nelle indicazioni. Grazie di tutto e’ stato un ottimo soggiorno anche grazie a voi :)

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft oberhalb der Stadt, in einer privaten Parkanlage eines historischen Palazzos, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieter… Sehr zu empfehlen!

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

È stata un’esperienza di soggiorno soggiorno veramente eccellente, sicuramente complice l’ottimo clima che ancora di più ci ha fatto godere la casa e questo tratto di splendida costa ionica calabrese. La villa ci è stata consegnata da Luigi personalmente che è stato molto cortese nel darci ogni informazione e consiglio. Ambienti minimal e curati, in ottimo stato di pulizia. Consiglio vivamente per famiglia/e ed anche per gruppo di amici che desiderino stare in un posto tranquillo, a due passi dal mare e con bellezze paesaggistiche circostanti da scoprire.

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

Great location on the beach! Perfect summer stay. Close to all, beach and restaurants. Rossana was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

L'alloggio è eccellente: per posizione, per pulizia, per tutto. Alex disponibile, chiaro, conciso e per nulla invadente. Se dovessi ripassare da Crotone tornerò.

Ottimo appartamento con vista mare dal soggiorno e dal terrazzo, dotato di ogni confort. È possibile lavorare collegandosi al Wi-Fi della casa anche dal terrazzino con vista mare. La casa è come nelle foto, arredata con colori che danno calore e la sensazione di essere a casa. Situato in zona lungomare, da cui si raggiunge a piedi sia la spiaggia, sia ogni tipo di ristorante, bar, gelateria e anche supermercati, pescheria etc...ma comunque distante dalla zona di maggiore movida. Comodo anche per famiglie con bambini, in pochi passi si è al mare oppure al parco giochi con giostrine o a mangiare un ottimo gelato. Antonella è stata un' host impeccabile, gentilissima e premurosa nell' accoglierci durante tutto il soggiorno.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

Ich war für 3 Tage in Crotone. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber u liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man etwas Sonne genießen kann. Damiano war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat mir sogar angeboten mich zum Flughafen zu bringen, falls etwas dazwischen kommen sollte. Außerdem gab es eine Menge Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten Restaurants etc. Ich komme gern wieder.

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
