Holiday rentals with breakfast in Isola di Capo Rizzuto

Il sig .Salvatore brava è molto disponibile alloggio molto bello con una vista sul mare stupenda ci siamo trovati veramente bene

Io ed il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo passato il capodanno in questa struttura. Al check in abbiamo incontrato e conosciuto la signora Stella, disponibile e solare. La nostra breve permanenza è stata più che piacevole e non avremo esitazioni a ritornarci.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, bei Rossella wohnen zu dürfen. Da wir nachts ankamen, war die Fahrt etwas abenteuerlich auf unbekannten Straßen und über Serpentinen nur den Berg hoch. Aber wir wurden belohnt mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung und mit einer voll eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung auf 2 Etagen-verbunden mit einer für Orte in den Bergen typischen steilen Treppe. Die untere Etage enthält das geräumige und gemütliche Bad sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (3 Personen) und oben befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett sowie die gemütliche Wohnküche. Beide sind mit einem typischen Balkon verbunden auf dem man den Sonnenaufgang erleben kann. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht-einschließlich Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Geweckt wurden wir am Sonntag durch die Glocken der nahen Kirche, was uns nicht störte. Die Umgebung bietet viel Berge, Ausblick, Natur und Ruhe. Wir kommen gern wieder :-) Vielen Dank Rosella und Martina.

La casa è molto grande e davvero meravigliosa, con una vista sul mare mozzafiato. La posizione è strategica: seppur sia situata in alto, c’è una stradina con delle scalette che permette di scendere in centro in due minuti. Quindi anche la posizione è comodissima. Le proprietarie di casa sono estremamente ospitali, gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato moltissimo. Inoltre, ci hanno anche fatto trovare del cibo in casa, che è stata una sorpresa molto gradita. La casa è spaziosa, bella e nuova. Super consigliata!

Struttura molto carina, ubicata in un'area tranquilla. Ottima per riposare o per chi viaggia per motivi di lavoro. Non adatta invece per disabili e per chi ha problemi con le gambe o con la schiena. Elevata su 2 piani ulteriori al piano terra, si è mantenuto un certo stile antico con ripide scale in legno comunicanti tra un piano e l'altro. Nell'ultimo piano è ubicata la stanza da letto con bagno e doccia. Al primo piano vi è un carino salottino fornito di servizi igienici e doccia. Non è disponibile la connessione Wi-fi, ma da mobile ci si può collegare ad Internet molto bene (ad eccezione della cucina a piano terra dove c'è meno linea). Alessandra ha fornito diversi dettagli utili e si è dimostrata comprensiva, venendo incontro ad alcune mie esigenze. Si fa presente che Google Maps va un po' in tilt e confonde la reale posizione della struttura, ma basta seguire i riferimenti di Alessandra e si trova abbastanza facilmente. Ottimo punto per chi ha degli impegni in loco.

Lovely place close to parking! Host is wonderful!

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

Siamo stati ospiti di Mariachiara per circa 1 settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è molto pulita, grande e silenziosa. Si trova vicino al corso principale, quindi nei pressi di bar e negozi. Se dovessimo tornare a Filadelfia ritorneremo molto volentieri. Un ringraziamento alla responsabile che ci ha dato molti consigli

Pasqualina è molto cordiale, spiega ogni cosa dell alloggio, ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio e disponibile per ogni Tua richiesta. Alloggio pulitissimo, funzionale adatto anche per una vacanza famigliare per vedere le belle spiagge calabresi.

Marta e Nicodemo sono davvero due ottimi host! Con il mio compagno, li abbiamo contattati ad inizio luglio e, fin da subito, si sono dimostrati super cordiali e professionali. Hanno curato ogni minimo dettaglio per garantirci un ottimo soggiorno presso "Conchiglia blu". Le comunicazioni sono state sempre esaurienti e rapide; la stanza era impeccabile, sia per la pulizia, che per gli arredi; a sorpresa, ci hanno fatto trovare tutto il necessario per fare le colazioni (latte, succhi, merende di vario genere, e così via). Per ultimo, ma non di meno valore, una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima: "Conchiglia blu" si trova fra Squillace Lido e Soverato, nonché a pochissima distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa degli Aranci (mai più di 10 minuti di macchina). A piedi, con 2, massimo 5 minuti di camminata, si raggiungono le Vasche di Cassiodoro e le spiagge di Torrazzo e il Bilbò. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarli!

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Carmen is a five star host. She is very attentive to every detail to make sure your stay is pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by her and her daughter. There were snacks on the table and drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was plentiful with sweet and savory options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. There is a kitchen space to have breakfast in this bed and breakfast. We rented the entire apartment (3 bedrooms) so we had pizza delivered and also ate our dinner there. We were warm in the month of December. The old historic center is quite charming in the Christmas season with lights, decorations and presepi (nativity scenes).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico appartamento per due giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamento molto pulito, provvisto di tutti i confort (climatizzatore, lavatrice, ampio bagno, ferro da stiro). Appartamento non grandissimo ma con ottimo terrazzino, zona cucina ben attrezzata e provvista di tutto l'occorrente per colazione e pranzo. Parcheggio molto comodo e il mare a due passi. Ottima esperienza.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Buscemi while visiting family. Giuseppe was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He was very hospitable and went out of his way a few times to make our stay with him perfectly. It was very hot so the break in the air conditioning was great. The unit was clean and modern. We would return again!

Due to a DIFFERENT rental not meeting our expectations, we had to find somewhere close by to stay for the night. We stumbled upon Cosimo's rental and were so glad we did! He was very quick to respond to our message and accommodated us with Very Short notice (30 mins!). Cosimo and his son met us at the apartment. They were welcoming and very polite. The apartment was Very Clean and Comfortable. Everything was Well Stocked (coffee, water, spices, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, etc.). We found street parking right in front of the apartment, which was set back a little from the street. The area seemed very authentic, with neighbors greeting and visiting each other and an outside mass being held around the corner. We didn't spend much time exploring, as it was late and we were only staying one night, but did walk one block to the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset!

Das B&B von Enzo ist nach einer Themewelt eingerichtet und man sieht seine Bemühungen bei der Gestalltung der Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, welche wir nicht genutzt haben, aber eine einfach Mahlzeit könnte man sicher zubereiten. Der Kühlschrank ist mit kaltem Wasser und Säften gefühlt. Enzo hat uns herzlich empfangen. Am morgen durften wir das Frühstück in der Bar vis à vis geniessen und er übernahm die Rechung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut!

We had a fabulous time at Michelle's accommodation. It had great views overlooking the sea , room was perfect & bathroom huge. We had an adjoining kitchen that we could use day or night, with a fridge, micro , table & chairs . Michelle was so lovely, she made us feel right at home , even making us an apple cake using apples from her tree. Michelle was great at communicating with us as we have little italian using Google translate. Thankyou Michelle for a wonderful stay ❤️

Grazie per questo posto che da solo riassume la bellezza della Calabria. Grazie per il mare e per i fiori. Grazie per la passeggiata che porta alla spiaggia e per le chiacchierate. Grazie per le belle emozioni che ho provato. Questo posto mi ha fatto sentire a casa nei momenti migliori. La tua semplicità e la tua spontaneità mi hanno fatto sentire più leggera...ne avevo bisogno. Grazie davvero di tutto ❤️❤️❤️

Maria Teresa was an amazing host — she was very flexible with check-in, which we really appreciated while traveling with children. Her instructions for parking and finding the property were very clear, and she met us to give us the keys and welcome us personally. Throughout our stay, she responded quickly to anything we needed. The home itself is beautifully preserved from the 14th century, yet very comfortable with modern amenities. It was incredibly clean and even more beautiful than the photos, with a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the neighbors were very friendly. Parking was seamless — just a short walk from the property, with the option to temporarily park closer to unload. This is my grandmother’s hometown, and we would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit.
