I had a mixed experience staying at Javid’s Airbnb. On the positive side, Javid was very kind, helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Additionally, its location is excellent, with markets, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place during winter. The bathroom has no heating system, making it extremely cold. While there are two heaters for the living area and kitchen, they are either not powerful enough or not working properly, leaving the space uncomfortably cold—we had to wear jackets indoors. The master bedroom, on the other hand, has a good heater and was noticeably warmer than the rest of the apartment. Overall, this would be a great place to stay during summer, but I wouldn’t recommend it in winter due to the heating issues.

Everything was great! Thank you so much to the host for our wonderful stay. The heated pool was just the perfect option in cooler weather. You can make a grill, a large house, very cozy. Clean and comfortable beds. The only thing is, there were a lot of ants in the house, our advice to work on it. And so, all is fine!

The garden is a highlight — beautifully maintained with a lovely selection of flowers and trees that create a calm and refreshing ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, making it easy to feel right at home. The villa’s location is also ideal, just a short distance from a shopping center and other local amenities. What truly made this stay special was the villa owner. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His warm hospitality and genuine care for guests are rare to find and deeply appreciated.
