It's recently remodeled interior has a studio style layout with a microwave, refrigerator and private bathroom (no stove top or oven in the cottage). We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Totally remodeled home by the lakes in Discovery bay, Ca. Please note that there is no access going to fast water/delta, and only electric boat allowed in the lake. We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. This home is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. Pet friendly.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
