Holiday rentals with a patio in Island of Montreal

The place was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We loved the location as it was steps away from many shops and places to eat, walking distance to downtown and other tourist attractions. I would absolutely come back and stay here again during my next visit to Montreal!

Très bel appartement au dessus d’un garage adjacent une grande maison! Beau quartier. Belle cour arrière. Super tranquille! Des gens avaient loué la maison à côté et etaient un peu bruyants. J’ai averti l’hôte et elle a été très proactive. Donc y penser avant de louer, ils se peut que vous ayez des voisins proches. Mais dans l’ensemble super expérience. Très propre avec beaucoup d’équipement. Je recommande!

The apartment was immaculate, check in and out was easy, and Vanessa was very communicative and flexible. The location was absolutely perfect - very walkable and close to tons of great food and activities.

Our stay was great! Everything went smoothly and exactly as expected. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay here. It looks just like the photos - cool vibes with hidden details like wooden puzzles to add to the unique atmosphere. It's well-stocked with things like towels, robes, slippers, sponges, and dish soap. It's also located in a great area - close enough to St Denis to walk to restaurants and pedestrian zones, but far enough that it's not too noisy at night. The host is very responsive without being intrusive, and check in / out were smooth. Montreal - what a great city!

Wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed it very much and Joe’s hospitality was great.

The property was as nice as its photos-clean, great location & views, & easy to access. There was an issue with the ac that was a temporary building issue. Leila was very responsive and tried to help us resolve it as much as she could.

Just a great place to stay overall...thank you, we will be back for sure!!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Highly recommend Nabil's place to rent. Thanks for an amazing stay over the F1 Canadian race weekend.

Olga's place was wonderful for my cousins and I. We were only a 25 min drive from Mount Royal Park so zipping into the city was easy. Olga provided us with great suggestions for things to do and see. The home is in a nice quite residential neighborhood. It was a great place to unwind after a day of walking and exploring.

This is a gem of an apartment. Spacious, super comfortable and a great location. Our hosts were consistently responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend for a perfect stay in Montreal!

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan est un hôte parfait Tout est fait dans son logement pour se sentir comme chez soi et son accueil est au top L appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable Idéal pour 4 Il est très bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à proximité de tous types de commerces, à mi chemin entre le vieux Montréal et le plateau Mont Royal et à proximité du metro Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit mais pas autorisé partout, Jonathan est disponible pour indiquer quelle place utiliser Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures après avoir rendu le logement pour profiter de Montréal avant de prendre l avion Vivement recommandé !

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. I would book with you again!

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.
