Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

River Retreat On The Toms River

“River Retreat” is a spotless and updated cottage on the Toms River/ Barnegat Bay, one block from the beach and 2-mile boardwalk. Ocean Gate is a quaint town that has it all: beach, boardwalk, fishing/crabbing piers, spray park, and walkable bars/restaurants/market. Home is steps away from the Ocean Gate Yacht Club; 15 minutes from Seaside Heights and Island Beach State Park. One block from Anchor Inn and OG Creamery. Short car ride to Great Adventure, outlet shopping, and Barnegat Lighthouse.

Peaceful and relaxing condo on the bay. Great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. 2 Bedroom Bungalow

Lovely little two bedroom bungalow 2 blocks from the bay. House is about 4 miles away from Seaside Heights boardwalk and Island Beach State park. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, liquor store, ice cream shop, supermarket, and the Barnegat Bay. Fabulous little beach on the bay where dogs are welcomed. Very cool and cozy little place where you can enjoy a few days and relax. Fenced in back yard for the dogs and a doggie door. Gas BBQ and fire pit. 4 Beach badges, senior beach badges.

Barnegat Bay Getaway

Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

This home is a seaside retreat on the Barnegat Bay one block from the beach and beach activities. There's a 2 mile boardwalk for lovely morning and evening strolls as well as multiple piers for fishing, crabbing and lifeguarded swimming beaches. **6 Beach badges incl. in your stay! Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00

Unwind and relax at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the sun at the outdoor patio and deck. Jump in the pool to cool off from a day of fun in the sun. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This quiet neighborhood is just 10 minutes from Seaside Heights where you can enjoy the boardwalk and 15 minutes from Island State Beach Park.
