This modern style loft house has a great view in front of the ocean overlooking the beach and the Pablo Neruda museum. The house and the site offers privacy and at the same time easy access to the beach and the local commerce. One bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and a terrace. One bedroom downstairs. Spare bed for child available. Please note that the jacuzzi is not operational and that there is no central heating, only one radiator in each bedroom. The dishwasher is not working right now.

In Isla Negra and El Tabo you will find exquisite restaurants and bars for walks. It is a house where its owners Sergio and Marisol (a friendly couple) live on the first floor. The private apartment available is located on the second floor of the house; it has a separate entrance for guests. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a living room. A beautiful private bathroom, kitchenette (fully stocked). Sheets, towels, and a hairdryer. Excellent Wi-Fi connection with high speed of 800 Megabytes (Mbps) and cable TV.
