Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. Regarding your comment that facilities are of extreme comfort: water radiator heating and air conditioning units hot and cold in all units with separate thermostats (9 pcs.) The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.
