Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Un loft muy especial para amantes de los viajes, el diseño y la arquitectura. Hemos cuidado cada detalle, con wifi y parking incluidos en el precio. Diseñado para familias o albergar hasta 4 adultos y 2 niños. Está dotado para que no te falte nada en los días que pases con nosotros. Cuidamos a nuestros huéspedes más que nunca. Cumplimos los protocolos de limpieza y desinfección exhaustivamente y complementamos con desinfección por ozono. Se accede directamente desde la calle de forma segura. Dentro del Loft, los espacios fluyen de manera continua desde el “patio” de entrada hasta la suite-dormitorio, aunque no por ello se pierde la privacidad gracias a elementos como la gran puerta corredera de la suite o a las cortinas del salón, que permiten independizarlo cuando se usa para dormir, desplegando su cómodo sofá-cama. Podemos acoger a 4 adultos y si viajas con niños y quieres disponer de otras 2 plazas adicionales para ellos, te podemos ofrecer una cama extra en la suite, siempre que se nos avise con antelación. El loft es un antiguo local comercial convertido en vivienda, por lo que no comparte zonas comunes con el resto del bloque, disponiendo de salida independiente a la calle. Nuestros huéspedes recibirán una atención personalizada para explicarles todo lo referente al alojamiento. También les aconsejaremos sobre sitios que visitar, lugares donde comer, cómo moverse por la ciudad facilitando planos de la misma, etc. Ubicado en un característico barrio del s. XVI, el barrio de San Lorenzo, el loft se sitúa junto al Guadalquivir, frente a la Cartuja, rodeado de plazas e iglesias de un importantísimo valor cultural, artístico y monumental. El loft está a 10 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses de Plaza de Armas y a 30 minutos andando de la estación de tren de Santa Justa. Además, está a pocos metros de la calle Torneo, por donde pasan taxis y múltiples líneas de autobús. También hay un parking de bicicletas públicas a 50 metros. It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

The apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room and dining room with an open kitchen, from there you reach the patio where there is a swimming pool (not private) and a large outdoor space with deckchairs. There is also a double bedroom and a complete bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there is an independent double bedroom and an open space with two beds and a desk, plus a complete bathroom. Exquisitely furnished.

Beautiful and bright apartment located in the historic center of the city. A trendy area, full of bars and restaurants, but located on a quiet street. A 15-minute walk to the city's main monuments and 10 minutes to the shopping area. You can get there by taking a nice walk through the entire historic center.
