Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Mediterranean-style villa completely renovated in 2023 and distributed all on one floor. It is in a quiet residential area and very close to the beach and leisure areas. It has 3 spacious rooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom and another fourth room enabled as a work room. It has cold/heat air conditioning in all the rooms of the house as well as underfloor heating. The villa has a heated pool all year round.
