"Bettei Taniguchi" is a private Japanese-style building located in the centre of Takayama City with a 100-year history. It is about a 20-minute walk from Takayama Station, a 2-minute walk to a 24-hour convenience store, and a 4-minute walk to a supermarket. Although it is in a quiet residential area, it is in a convenient location for both sightseeing and accommodation. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living, dining and kitchen area of approximately 38 square metres. Beyond the large windows is a well-maintained authentic Japanese garden, where you can relax and unwind while enjoying the seasonal scenery. There is a private cypress sauna and a ceramic open-air bath in the garden. You can enjoy a special, relaxing time as if you were in the forest. There are also two bedrooms, two toilets, two washbasins and a bathroom (shower and bathtub). The second floor also has two bedrooms, one toilet, one washbasin area, and a small refrigerator, so groups can stay comfortably. Free parking is available for up to 6 standard cars. You can also park a minibus, and in that case, you can also park 3 passenger cars. Up to 10 people can stay comfortably.
