There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and each room can be locked from inside. Regardless of the weather, you can enjoy your stay in Ishigaki Island. Free parking is connected by a ramp. This is a step-free accommodation. The living room is spacious, the entire room is level, there are 2 bedrooms, and the windows overlook the sugarcane fields. The sea is 30 seconds away on foot from the building. Taketomi Island is right in front of you, and you can see the sunset over the sea. The facility has a key box for key delivery. We will give you the key box PIN number on the day. This is a pet-friendly facility. There is no accommodation fee for pets. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave your pet alone in the house.

It is conveniently located a 10-minute drive from the city center and remote island terminals. It is 20 seconds to the sea, and you can also see Taketomi Island from the upstairs bedroom. The room is a spacious 96 ㎡ with a pool table and simple workout equipment. The rooftop is equipped with a small pool, so please relax in the evenings during the hot summer of Ishigaki, when it is lit up. In addition, you can enjoy the starry sky without being affected by the lighting on the rooftop upstairs. There are also various free rental items in the room, and although the numbers are limited, we have prepared snorkel sets, fishing gear, and floats. We provide a mini-tower of water for the number of people × the number of days.

There are two full kitchens, two bathrooms and toilets, and a banana field and a nearby wild horse pasture in the backyard, as well as horses and goats in the adjacent host's house.

On the property at Ishigaki Sunset Cove Hotel we have two stand alone villas that overlook the ocean and are suitable for 2 to 8 guests. Each Sunset Villa is a self-contained house, complete with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs balcony and outdoor grass patio area, two private bedrooms, the sofa in the upstairs lounge room can be converted into bunk beds for 2 kids and the downstairs living room sofa can also be converted to a queen bed.

My place is right on a very private beach. Perfect for families, the house has everything you need. 15 minutes by cab from the airport we are in the very quiet village of Ibaruma. Few restaurants and shops available on foot. Ibaruma people are really friendly and welcoming. Diving shops, SUP and Windsurfing centers are our neighbors. The house is fully equipped, BBQ, SUP, surging board,billiard and TV room.
