石垣島の市街地中心「ゆいロード」沿いにある貸し切りの民家です。家は街の ど真ん中にあります。 石垣島の昔から伝わる風通しの良い造り。築40年です。 台所，お風呂はその当時の設備を大切に使用しています。 屋根には貴重な石垣島の赤瓦です。 和室3室・洋室2室・ダイニングキッチン・風呂とトイレは別々です（トイレはウォシュレットが付いています） 標準8名まで宿泊できますのでご家族やグループに最適です。 個室として利用できるお部屋は（シングルベッドがある）２室のみです。エアコン付き。部屋と部屋の仕切りはふすまです。鍵は付いていません。 和室 は 5畳半・6畳・6畳です。仕切りはございません。5畳半のお部屋に大型エアコンが付いています。 ４名様以下での予約の場合は洋室のお部屋（シングルベッド）をご用意させていただきます。 和室が必要な場合は前もってお知らせ下さい。 寝具はシーズンに合わせて変更します。 ８名以上の場合はご相談ください。 ※お一人さまやカップルでのご利用でも、貸し切りの表示料金です。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ※虫除けに気をつけていますが南国のため虫はいます

Kookai (空海)means sky and sea, and it is also the name of a famous buddhist monk who created Koya-san. We wanted a big terrasse between the sky and the sea, in a very quiet area, in nature, to enjoy calm and serenity. The house is the last one before the sea, with a tropical garden in front. From the porch, you have a view on the garden and Nosoko mount behind and behind the house there is a jungle, with a path going down to a small secret beach.
