Esclusivo residence e punto strategico per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro di Iseo con la sua mondanità, o in direzione opposta raggiungere sempre in 5 mn il porto Sulzano per poter visitare Montisola . Attraversando la strada una mulattiera vi collegherà all'antica strada panoramica Valeriana . In 15 mn potete raggiungere il monte Guglielmo o il Corno 30 passi per escursioni . A 500 mt troverete noleggio biciclette convenzionato (iseo bike),sempre nelle vicinanze noleggio sup e kayak .

The cedar house

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy...

In an elegant lakefront villa consisting of five apartments, a fanciful basement two-room apartment with independent entrance. In a very central position, recently renovated and featuring a double bedroom with large walk-in closet, bathroom, a cozy kitchen/living room and a comfortable sitting room. Private jetty with direct access to the lake, gazebo, barbecue and large garden shared with the owners and guests of the other apartments. A real corner of peace and relaxation!

Frontlake Lounge at Dock house

The Frontlake lounge is located in a small and exclusive residential complex, directly on the lake and in an absolutely privileged location and has a large pool for solarium use. The apartment has an extensive private frontelago garden with outdoor furniture, shower and barbecue. Both from the garden and from the living room you can admire the beautiful view of the lake. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Close to all the facilyties and fantastic for who loves to stay outdor, it's less than an hour far from Orio al Serio airport (BG). Five mins from the Iseo's lake and Endine's lake, the right place to be for a total relax time. When you pay the reservation you also are paying for Touring Tax (1€ for person each night).
