This nice colorful house (about 30 sqm) is immersed in the authentic historic center of Vico del Gargano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. You will live an experience that will catapult you into an almost forgotten time, made of simple things and authenticity. The sunsets will color the road from which, between green hills and the houses of the alley, you can see the Adriatic. The house is an ideal starting point for the beaches of Gargano (the closest a 10-minute drive) and the freshness of the Umbra Forest.

Renovated in 2019, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom, on the top floor a large bedroom with a small bathroom, balcony overlooking the sea and Vieste old town. Wifi, 2 air conditioners and parking nearby.

The Fireplace

Il Camino is a two-room apartment, located on the ground floor, named after the architectural element that most characterizes it, a fireplace over 100 years old built in wood and concrete, framed by a ceiling with exposed beams. The layout makes the bedroom a unique environment with the living area. The private bathroom is located in front of the bedroom and is furnished respecting its essential elements with finishes that are in line with the wooden ceiling.

Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, 1 km from Mattinata and 2 km from the sea, a beautiful studio with a terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat outdoors and sunbathe.
