A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. The kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Everything is in place for a great stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. -The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Quiet little villa located very close to Tropea. Marcello & Marianna were very helpful hosts and were very easy to deal with. Good value

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Charming garden and pool with beautiful and clean views. Really 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they also made us find groceries at home and gave us the vegetables from their garden and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Note: it is important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables for eating in the garden a few meters from each other: so great for two families of friends who want to join for the holidays

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Margherita very much! Louise and Lino are great hosts, we felt very comfortable and spent a wonderful week. The house is located in a nice quiet environment, is very private and is located in a beautiful well-kept garden. The property is very spacious and very clean. The balcony offers a great view of the sea with fantastic sunsets. The possibility of parking the car in your own garage is worth its weight in gold - a perfect starting point for trips to Tropea for an aperitif, the fishing village of Chianalea di Scilla or to Capo Vaticano with a wonderful view from the Strait of Messina to the Aeolian Islands. But we spent most of the time in Pargehlia: The beach is fantastic and the family-run beach bar offers delicious lunch dishes. Thank you Louise and Lino for the great time with you - we will be happy to come back!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Warmest recommendation for Danilo's accommodation! The apartment is located in a charming village, about 15 minutes from the beaches. Especially practical: an excellent trattoria is located directly in the village and is easily accessible on foot. Danilo was always available, very flexible at check-in and greeted us personally – a very friendly and attentive host!

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. This stay I very much enjoyed. Giuseppina is a fantastic person and passionate about her community. I really enjoyed our conversations. The house was very clean, had everything and was spacious. The area is quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and town below. The sea is only a few kilometres away. The locals were just as lovely to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The stay at Davide's place was excellent. It is an old and interesting house in the beautiful village of Pizzo, where the people are very social and kind. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Davide was completely responsive and very helpful. Thank you for the great time!

Alina's place is beautiful and conveniently situated. The view from the patio ( and bathroom) is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside taking in the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Badolato.

Ample space, strategic location, minimal finishes and furnishings but with impeccable taste and cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the host. We spent a fantastic week of tranquility, beautiful scenery and excellent food. We'll be back and highly recommend it. Thanks to Luigi and family

Very nice structure, located in a quiet area. Great for resting or for those travelling for work. Not suitable for the disabled and for those with leg or back problems. Elevated on 2 floors above the ground floor, a certain antique style has been maintained with steep wooden stairs connecting one floor to the next. The bedroom with bathroom and shower is located on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a nice living room with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is not available, but you can connect to the Internet very well from your mobile (except for the kitchen on the ground floor where there is less signal). Alessandra provided several useful details and proved to be understanding, meeting some of my needs. Please note that Google Maps goes a little haywire and confuses the real location of the property, but just follow Alessandra's references and you can find it quite easily. Great spot for those with on-site commitments.

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and dishwasher. The best part was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally, the company of 2 nice dogs. A place worth checking out.
