Cozy apartment in a beautiful setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Host was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. I would gladly stay there again!

This property is THE prime property in town! Not only is the penthouse unit adorable and comfortable inside but it has two adjoining 'porches' overlooking the town center, one open air and one enclosed, to enjoy the action and activities...highly unusual. The town itself is very walkable and enjoyable. And Gunnar, the owner, is super pleasant and helpful. The property is a rare find! I believe you will be beyond thrilled to stay here. A small but great private space that has everything you need, including easy use of a jacuzzi with an amazing view of the surroundings, and the stars at night. We even saw some northern lights!

Our stay at the flat was very enjoyable. The location next to the city center is perfect and easy to find. The checkin was very easy and Greipur was so helpful and always quick to answer questions. Everything was clean and as described in the profile. We felt like being invited into an authentic home and loved the history of the house as well as the city of Isafjördur.

What a great location! Within easy walking distance to town for dining & shopping. The views from the balcony were amazing and the neighborhood was clean & quiet. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Really good value and location! Nice to have 2 bed apartment with everything you need, well stocked kitchen right in the middle of town. Perfect if you want to explore town without a car. If you are in need of more space and utilities than a hotel/ hostel this is the absolute best value!

This town is a little out of the way but so worth it. Nestled between mountains, right on the water, it’s sublime in its beauty. This apartment was in a perfect location in the main town area. Lots of cute restaurants and shops. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked but the apartment was pristine. Really easy to find and get in and the host was very clear in our correspondence.
