Holiday houses in Is Spigas

We were allowed to stay with our dog at Mirella and Claudio's. The small house is located in its beautiful garden with many old olive trees. They provided us with good excursion tips in all directions and were happy to be available for Italian conversation. The house is equipped with everything you need. Nice restaurants are within walking distance and you can quickly reach the beach by car. We highly recommend the casetta degli olive.

The apartment and setting are beautiful, and it is very quiet. Kitchen amenities are slightly limited compared to the overall standard of the apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken when we arrived, during a very hot period. The host sought solutions, and we were ultimately compensated for this inconvenience. We'll be happy to go back if the air conditioning is working. 😉

We have arrived very late but were wormly welcome with everything ready for us. Bowl of fresh fruits was nice surprise after long journey. House is perfect as a base to get to the sorrounding beaches and towns to explore beautiful area. We spent one week in the house. Definitely we would like to recommend Andrea and his house for others. House deserve for 100% guest occupancy. Value for price is perfect. There is one problem. We have had to be back to rainy England and workplaces 😏. Definitely would like to come back in the future. Thank you to Andrea and his family. Mariusz, Beata and children. 👌🙌🙌

Casa Anita is a very cozy cottage, tastefully furnished and very clean, perfectly matching what is described in the listing. The accommodation is in a strategic area, close to several beaches, some of which can also be reached on foot and to various services such as restaurants, bars, small supermarket etc. We had a very pleasant stay, also enlivened by the presence and kindness of Mr. Giuseppe, Elisabetta's father who lives in an adjoining house. Absolutely recommended accommodation where we hope to stay again. Elisabetta is a very attentive, responsive and kind host whom we thank very much for the suggestions and advice she gave us.

My friends and I stayed for a week at Daniela's house while exploring beautiful Sardinia. The house is beyond amazing, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (bbq and outdoor dining area in addition to the kitchen). We liked a lot the layout of the house, good balance between privacy without feeling disconnected from the group. Surreal view of the bay from the terrace. Beach and a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance. We also liked the easy access to several points of interest in the area. Daniela was the most gracious host, very communicative and attentive to our needs. She gave us precise directions to the house and waited for us (late at night). She and her husband addressed one small issued we had in a very prompt manner. We'd love to go back!

Jenni&Marco's place is wonderful and they're lovely hosts! The place is located into Sant'Anna Arresi countryside, surrounded by vineyards but, at the same time, very close to the seaside. It's well furnished and hosts also provided us many snacks and amenities. Jenni and Marco are very proactive and provided us several hints about beaches and restaurants. We warmly recommend to stay there is you want to enjoy Sulcis area

Our journey to Sardinia was accompanied by various logistical difficulties, but Carlo showed empathy and understanding when we finally reached his home. Despite the very late hour, he welcomed us warmly and took care of us. It was also nice to have his care in the form of fresh coffee and watermelon to smooth out our troubles. We were very touched. Carlo later provided us with useful tourist information and responded promptly to all our requests. Our stay in his traditional Italian home left only pleasant memories.

We are in the countryside. the accommodation is simple but very functional. The outdoor kitchen, the large terrace and the barbecue at the top. With the large garden, you feel very comfortable. Ideal for our 4-legged companions. The central position is never too far from many sites and beaches. The village offers full amenities. Isaco very responsive in advance (we didn't need to ask him during the stay). Small tip to access the accommodation, you have to exit the main road at the terminal km VII / 74. We recommend.
