Vacation home located on the first floor of a villa 2km from the beach of Porto Pino and 3km from the town of Sant'Anna Arresi, which can also be reached on foot or by bicycle via the bike path. Composed of a kitchen and living room with balcony, a bathroom with shower in which there is also a washing machine, a double bedroom with balcony and a large bedroom with three beds equipped with air conditioning (the cost of which is separate based on consumption). There are mosquito nets.

On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
