The backyard is yours to use during your stay, including the outdoor dining area, outdoor sofa, chaise lounge chairs, fire pit, and swimming pool. Relax and enjoy!! CHECK IN: 3pm CHECK OUT: 11am PARKING: We provide parking permits (day/night) for you upon arrival. If you're staying more than one night, please be mindful to switch out the daytime permit each day. There is usually ample parking, so finding a space should not be an issue. DISCLAIMERS: (1) THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY SO SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. (2) DIVING IN THE POOL IS NOT PERMITTED. (3) WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL. IN THE HOTTER MONTHS, THE POOL STAYS AROUND 76-80 DEGREES. HOWEVER, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IT NATURALLY GETS COOLER DURING COLDER WEATHER (65-68 DEGREES AND BELOW). (4) PARKING ON THE STREET IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WHILE WE'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANY ISSUES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR CAR'S SAFETY. (5) IF YOU SHOULD FORGET TO PLACE THE PARKING PERMITS IN YOUR CAR OR PLACE THEM INCORRECTLY AND RECEIVE A TICKET FROM THE CITY OF PASADENA, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THAT TICKET. We operate under the notion that, if you're getting away or on business, you're probably craving some quality time alone and privacy. We respect that while you're here. Certainly we love a good chat, but we leave it entirely up to you. If you should need anything, simply text us. We are usually available until 11pm. Of course, in the event of an emergency or to gain access to the property, we are available 24/7. The guesthouse offers a tranquil retreat close to civilization. The metro and a variety of restaurants are easily reached on foot. Downtown Pasadena is a short bike ride, healthy walk, or brief car ride away. Pasadena is a beautiful town with so much to see! We are a 10-minute walk to the Lake Gold Line Metro Station, where you can catch the Gold Line to South Pasadena and enjoy Mission Street's shops/restaurants, take the Del Mar stop where you can take in the famous Rose Bowl Flea Market (2nd Sunday of every month), take the Union Square stop to experience Olvera Street (margaritas, anyone?) or a delicious French Dip sandwich from Phillipe's. If it's a museum you seek, exit at the Memorial Park Station to find the Norton Simon Museum, one of the best collections of visual art in the Los Angeles area. Downtown Pasadena with it's wonderful shops and restaurants is a mere 5 minutes away by bike or car (or, for those of you who enjoy some exercise, a 30-minute walk). We have two adorable dogs. They never have access to the cottage, however, so it is allergen/pet free. During your stay, we happily keep them in the house and only let them out to do their business in the front yard of the main house. You might hear the occasional bark, as they love to protect their homestead. But, most likely, you'll never hear them as the cottage is a comfortable distance away. BTW they are friendly and love meeting new people!

We are located in Hacienda Heights, Los Angeles, a modern designer vacation home with a beautiful large swimming pool in the backyard for private use of this home; it is a good choice for a vacation; please ensure your own safety when swimming; we are close to Costco supermarket, 99 Dahua supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car), shopping is very convenient, the house is located in the middle of Universal Studios and Disneyland; only 18 miles from Disney, 34 miles from LAX, 23 miles from Ontario International Airport, all within 30 minutes drive, very convenient for business or travel; our room 3B2B, 3 queen beds; 1 bunk bed, can accommodate 8 people; especially suitable for parents and children. Please note: one of the bedrooms is open; it is like a large room, but there is no door, separated by curtains, there is a queen size bed, (this room is completely private, but curtains are designed to replace the door for space) The house is equipped with air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, oven, detergent, tableware, washing machine, dryer, hangers, towels, bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel.
