Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Irvington

We were there to celebrate family bdays and a graduate. All of our adult kids and a couple spouses were there. Loved the neighborhood, the deer and looking at houses. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were lovely. So much space. Even with 10 of us, easy to find quiet spaces. Kitchen is awesome, every dish and glass you would ever need. Spent time in the yard and on the deck. We all LOVED the space.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The host provided clear and detailed parking instructions with various options, which made it easy to park the car without any hassle. The host was extremely helpful and responsive—always quick to reply to our questions, even before arrival. We really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in and checkout times, which made our travel plans much easier. The backyard was a peaceful and well-kept space where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

We were a family of 5 and Jai's property was the ideal place for our week long stay. The property is well maintained and we had all the amenities that we needed which was also listed on the property. The kids really enjoyed the house, especially the game room in the attic. We would love to come back

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

We stayed 4 months in the house during winter time Everything went well and Evelyn and Scott were on top of everything to help with our stay and provided any assistance or help when needed. The house is walking distance from the Main Street which is very convenient

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

this is a really comfortable place, close to the train station if you want to go to New York

Perfect Apartment, just a 15 minute walk to the train station and then You can choose either the Path or New Jersey Transit into New York with the journey taking less than 20 minutes. The apartment has everything you would need , comfy beds and loads of space. Totally recommend this spot . 5 Stars all round

We had a wonderful stay at Jessie's place. We were looking for a good central location for visiting family in New Jersey, and somewhere that wasn't too far from an NJ Transit station to get into New York City, and Jessie's place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The bed was truly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and peaceful. Jessie is an 11/10 host. We had a rental car for the week and she would text every day to let us know where we could park each night so that we didn't have to look for parking. We also needed to check in late, and Jessie was quick to accommodate us. She was always quick to respond if we had any questions, and always gave helpful, detailed answers. She was so sweet and really made sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Jessie!

We loved the location, the easy access, and the host! We had a girls trip planned and picked this location for its easy access to shops and restaurants. The hot water was amazing and seemed limitless while taking showers. The host was so sweet, helpful and knew the area well so she provided a variety of suggestions that met our needs. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and comfy space to talk and hangout. The beds were spacious and comfy. We loved having dinner on the front porch and loved the string lights that lit up the area. The evenings were amazing there.

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Finally someone who really deserves to be called superhost. The listing could not be more accurat und everything worked like a clockwork. You want fast answers? Try Jenna. It feels like you get the answer before even texted the question. The neighborhood is not totally New Jerseys's finest, but we wanted a central location, close to the airport, ways to everywhere as short as possible. Would I book it again? Yes. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes. So a 5 star rating for this rental, only because 10 stars is not possible.

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

It was a good place to stay. Close to NYC and Jersey city. The area was safe and peaceful. The condo building itself was nice. King was very accommodating to all of our requests including early checkin. There is one parking included and if you need extra then street parking is little difficult to get. Although there plenty on the same street. Regarding sleeping, There was a king bed and a queen bed. The extra bedding wasn’t very comfortable and that’s the only thing that could have been better. Overall pleasant stay, worth coming back.

Beautiful place, functional. clear and efficiently laid out. Easy to access with Subway and buses, many shop and restaurants within a short walking distance. Ann was very responsive and helpful before, and during the stay. Only challenge was to find a nearby parking stop when arriving late at night but this is to be expected in NYC.

Great property! David was prompt in responding and helped us get familiar with the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning trips to New York or New Jersey.
