The place was very clean, and the shower was awesome. The different jet settings were top tier. The area was a bit noisy between the 4 way stop and the other neighbors in the home. Overall it was great stay comfortable as we were in town for the Beyonce concert. The apartment was not too far from the stadium.

Patrick was very friendly, we had an unexpected situation to arrive in time at check-in and Patrick waited for us to give us the directions and give us the room. The room is well equipped, the litter was super comfortable, and had security and easy access as you enter the house piso and room with password. The neighborhood was quiet, we arrived late and walked to the house without inconvenience. The bus terminal to go to New York is approximately 3 - 5 blocks away, and if you already have the ticket you can take the bus at the corner of the house. It was a pleasant stay, I recommend Patrick's stay.

Staying here was wonderful, the place was clean in every area; living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. They had utensils & pots for use. The check in was easy, very easy to navigate. Area was nice as well I felt comfortable, close to some stores. I would say plan ahead for parking, other than that the stay was wonderful! Would definitely book again.

Maria is a very friendly, kind and very hard working host. She constantly involved in cleaning and upkeep of her place. It’s spotless and squeaky clean. Went above and beyond to accommodate me for early check in. I was so tired from a red eye flight and she was a life saver. Extremely kind and accommodating. Super fast responder. Amazing person and family ! 5 stars !
