Monthly Rentals in Irvine Lake

Stayed for around 2 weeks and was a wonderful stay. Richard is open to chat or give you privacy if needed. Everything you need is provided, it was clean, bed was comfortable. It’s your own direct entry from the side of the home. He and his family live above, they are very gracious and kind. Wifi works great for what I needed, which was schoolwork. The view is really nice and it was enjoyable to take in during the early mornings or in the evening. Would definitely stay again if needed

My girlfriend and I spent our 2 year anniversary here and had a wonderful time! Kira truly created a magical place to stay at. She put in a lot of effort to make everything come together in an artistic and personable manner. The art on the property is absolutely stunning and creates a unique and fun environment. She was a kind and responsive host to us and was always available to answer questions or give recommendations. The location is great, surrounded by hikes and beautiful scenery. Would totally recommend if you love to hike!

Erika and Joe are super nice and responsive. Within 10-15 min walking, you’ll have restaurants, banks, supermarkets. If you drive, this is a convenient location as well. It’s a large apartment building so expect some noise and sometimes loud music from outside but they won’t last into late night. You share with other roommates but they are very nice and friendly as well.

Everything is perfect. Hosts are extraordinary kind. They always ask me if I need anything and reply super quickly. Studio was clean and well managed. Household stuffs were prepared. Literally perfect!
