I am offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl with a view of the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine-growing locations on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is located on the far right side of the house. A family with a small child lives above the apartment, and a married couple lives next door.

Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The apartment about 40sqm with separate entrance has 1 bedroom with 140 x 200 m bed. A living room with a kitchenette with dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower, hand and bath towels will be provided. From the living area you can reach a balcony with a cozy sitting area and a beautiful view of the Saartal. The holiday home is located in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Bright, friendly terraced house with direct exit to the garden (cannot be seen in the photos yet, as new). The house is on two floors: kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower/toilet are located on the first floor, the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The house has a free parking space.
