The house has two living spaces, which allows up to 10 people to have enough space. It is located on 3.6 acres, which includes shoreline and access to a private lake. Just know that there are no motorized vehicles allowed. There is a large above ground pool and plenty of yard space for all kinds of yard games. In the summer, the trees provide privacy from the neighbors so it feels that you have the area to yourself.
