Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Iron County

My son and I were looking for a place with two beds and found Connie's listing. Their Backyard Suite, located in a beautiful neighborhood, is on the back of their garage with a private entrance. It is a spacious one room studio where all amenities (kitchen, laundry, etc) and all beds (queen, rollout, and futon chair/bed) are in one large room. The queen bed does not have a separate private room from the kitchen and other beds. This was all right, though the sound of the fridge could make it hard to fall asleep for some. The rollout bed was super comfortable with a memory foam mattress. My son said the queen was comfy also. The large cupboard had extra bedding and a rod to hang clothes. The bathroom had a step in tub/shower. There were plenty of extra towels and extra toothbrushes if you forgot yours. Though we did not need to cook, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, and cooking utensils. They provided a selection of snacks, oatmeal, hot cocoa, and coffee.

STAY HERE! One of the best, if not THE best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in 13yrs! Spotless, loaded with amenities to make your stay comfortable, great communication, homey and comfortable! It was so nice to have a highchair, pack and play and baby plates/utensils while traveling with my 1yr old. Beyond the baby gear, Ginger has really thought of everything! Fully stocked kitchen, even extra water bottles if needed! Ladies, save the space in your luggage because she has everything down to makeup washcloths and hair wraps for after the shower! Ginger was very communicative before and during our stay and you can tell it is genuinely important to her that you have a good stay. If you haven’t realized yet, highly recommend! Marcelo was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely responsive but allows guests their privacy. He goes the extra mile to ensure his guests visiting during the winter season have a safe drive. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the location, because we traveled North to ski and South to kayak. As a Mom of four boys, having such a clean hotel feel, with the amenities of home, like a washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, our almost three week Holiday felt like a real break from home, yet practical. Our hosts were very alert to our needs, they didn’t bother us with anything, and we felt comfortable to enjoy our stay. Such an amazing price. Definitely not greedy hosts-thank you.

Vinrod was a wonderful guest. He invited us in to his beautiful home. We got acquainted. He took us to the basement apartment and showed us around. They apartment is beautiful. The paintings and figurines throughout the apartment were fascinating. We were in town for our granddaughter's college graduation. He said she was welcome to come and stay also if she would because he said families being together is very important. The granddaughter didn't stay but her sister joined us for the night. We had to checkout at 7:30 in the morning and Vinrod asked us to knock on his door so that he could visit and say goodbye. As we left he gave us a graduation card to give to our granddaughter. I hope we can stay with Vinrod again. This was a wonderful experience for us.

My husband and I stayed here a few nights while we were in the area visiting the national parks. The space worked well for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the layout was good for two people. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, too.

This is such a beautiful place to stay! It is very remote so make sure you bring whatever you need. But if you like being out in the woods surrounded by quiet and beautiful views, this is a fantastic place to be. The host has a plethora of suggestions for things to do in the nearby towns. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ton of time in the region to enjoy them all but it was very cool of them to provide very local places to go or spend our money. Believe the host regarding the accessibility for the house. You will need an AWD/4WD vehicle in stormy weather and they're very good about clearing snow from the driveway and road (which we appreciated!). The accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was nice for us to have our own private space. The group space upstairs was very cozy with plenty of room for us to all be together. The location was great for heading into Bryce National Park. It wasn't super close but we didn't mind the 30ish minute drive.

Out of all of stays this place was by far the best house we’ve been in. It was big enough for my family of 8 with 6 young kids. It was perfect to come home to clean bathrooms and cook a nice meal after day of visiting all the national parks. We would definitely come back

Dionne was great, she was extremely quick to respond and helpful. The stay was great, the house was super organized and stocked with everything you could think of and more. Great place to stay highly recommend!

Nicole was an exceptional host. The house is beautiful and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A short drive to main street and a lot of decent places to eat and drink. The views from both the front and back patios are breathtaking. The front yard was a perfect area for our dogs, fenced in and lots of room for them to explore. Tons of room inside the house including large sized bedrooms and a huge walk-in laundry room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cookware, utensils, tableware and ever a nice variety of spices. Nice gas grill on the back patio. Being able to park in the garage was a great and convenient benefit. We would definitely stay here again when back in Cedar City!

We called this place “The Sanctuary” because it was exactly that after a full day of hiking, biking, swimming and kayaking. Not only is this place clean and cozy but we were able to do our laundry and had a safe fenced in yard for our pup. We loved winding down in the evenings to watch movies with the reclining movie theater like seats. We slept sooo incredibly well because the mattress was perfectly soft. Our pup slept through the night with no problems. Gerard and Patty were so kind and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Of course the place had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place and all of the recommendations that they give you like going to the Grind Coffee House, the walking/biking trail right across the street, I/G Winery and more. This place is relatively close to Quail Creek State Park as well. That’s where we went kayaking and swimming. We spent a total of 5 amazing nights here and feel rejuvenated.

Perfect place and location! Very clean and with all the amenities needed to make it feel like home. We enjoy preparing meals and relaxing after long days of hiking and sightseeing…this was perfect for that. Close to shopping for all our needs and to the interstate for accessing both Zion & Bryce and many other points of interest. Super easy check in/out. Communication was excellent and very prompt. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lynn’s place in Cedar City. The place was exactly as described and the perfect location between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The hot tub was such a great bonus after a long day of hiking. Lynn’s communication was great. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was easy to find, clean, had off street parking, hot water and good WiFi. If you’re going to ski, you couldn’t ask for a better location. There’s a general store and a few restaurants nearby.

We have been to Brian Head, a few times, our first time was during Covid. This was a nice return for us to spend spring break here with our 3 kids, under 12. We were so happily surprised to see that the condo was even more beautiful than expected.... the natural light is beyond breathtaking. We were super lucky and got 9" of snow at the beginning of the trip, but this also affected parking as the unit didn't come with garage access. Luckily, there wasn't anyone in the lower unit and no one else needed the street parking otherwise there would have been issues. The amount of snow piled up from the season seriously hindered available space for parking. We had to message the owner to find a shovel, as we had to dig to get our truck out, lol. She was very responsive, but I had to go out and try to find someone to loan me a shovel. The condo was extremely nice and looked exactly like the photos. The heat worked very well and the kitchen was great. The views from the unit were PHENOMENAL.

Definitely would stay here again. Went for snowboarding trip but might consider this place for a summer trip too!

Great location across from Giant Steps. The kitchen is well stocked with lot of amenities, but felt little cramped. Could have had more counter space. Appreciated the nice glassware for drinks and pantry full of spices. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a full house, double thumbs up for quality toilet paper, not the sand paper that is usually stocked. The building was quiet and relaxing at night. Wife approved and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had plenty of room for everyone and has a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing was the best part! Giant Steps is right around the corner if you decide to walk instead of waiting for the shuttle so the location is extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing ski in ski out location! Covered parking was a bonus with easy loading and unloading of the car with this unit being near the stairs. We could ski to the base of giant steps for the lifts and then we took shotgun to get back to the condo. The condo was well stocked with all the things you may need and we simply enjoyed not driving anywhere and hanging out with our kids for the week skiing! 10/10 highly recommend.

Todd's condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It's a warm and welcoming space that's also very clean. Plus, it's conveniently located right near the ski lift. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
