Condo holiday rentals in Iron County

Just left Phoebe’s condo after a two night stay and it was awesome! Our family of 4 came up to Brian Head for the sole purpose of skiing and the location was right next to Giant Steps (not technically ski in / ski out but you could walk down in your gear, we chose to just do the 2 minute drive over to the parking lot because the walk would have been a lot for our kids in their ski boots and carrying their poles and skis). Phoebe’s place was clean and had everything we needed and her check in and check out instructions were very clear. You can tell this is an older building but she has done a great job with updates and decor. I highly recommend this place!

Second time doing a long stay here. The location/price ratio is tough to beat. The place had everything I needed. Internet was stable enough for work. This is a great place to be if you are like me and want to maximize your time on the slopes during a lunch break or if you want first chair on a pow day. The lifts are within a couple of seconds walking distance. Ski shop across the street is very convenient and does great work. Lastly shuttle drops/pick ups are right next door.

What a view! Sharron’s place was just what we needed for our weekend stay. We had a marvelous view of the slopes at Giant Steps right out the balcony door. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Sharron was accommodating and super helpful with check in and check out instructions. Would love to stay here again!

Shaina's Carpenter Cottage was a super nice place. It was well furnished and decorated. It felt very open and comfortable. The cabin is well stocked with all of the comforts of home. We were within walking distance of the Giant Step Lodge and lifts but we chose to drive. The hosts were very good about everything. For the space and amenities provided it was a great value. We were happy to have stayed at the Carpenter Cottage and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Scott and Laura were phenomenal hosts! The few times we had any questions or concerns they responded promptly. This was quite a beautiful stay and we will definitely be back. The place was homey. Great if you’re there on vacation. The scenery is beautiful as well.

Great condo right next to the Giant Steps parking lot. Very clear instructions and info provided and the host responded very quickly with the few questions I did have. I definitely would stay again.

Excellent place, will reserve it next time I go to Brian head. My family was very comfortable and had a great time in there. Lots of games for the kids. Kitchen with all the appliances and utensils.

Great place for the price but be ready to hike up and down to get to the fourth floor. Location is great because it’s an easy walk to and from the lifts. We would come back again.

Dawn was a fantastic host! instructions were clear and concise. My wife and I arrived a little early because of time change and Dawn was more than willing to allow us to check in early. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy mountain get away!

I thought the Sky Run condo in Brian Head was excellent and a good example of “better than the photos”. We felt extremely cozy despite the frigid temps outside, which ranged between 0-10 degrees F for much of our stay. On top of that the living room has a view out to the slope of Giant Steps so even when it was freezing cold, it was a convenient trip over to the slope and the main shops and food options in the town. Last thing - hosts were very responsive and friendly when I had a question at check in. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again in Brian Head.

Unique alpine location with its own charm. We stayed during a shoulder season but were still able to get some mountain biking in and walked great trails from the doorstop each day. About 90 mins to Bryce and Zion which was excellent, plus Cedar Breaks is only 15 mins away. Clubhouse pool and hot tub were a great bonus! Cool spot!

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski with our daughters (8 and 9 yrs old). We didn’t need to drive the entire stay after parking in the heated underground garage, we were able to walk to the Navajo lifts in a few minutes. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and doggy. No frills, yet had so many thoughtful extras like packs of hot hands, extra lotion, comfy beds, a sound machine, extra chargers, board games, a starter log for the fireplace etc. The hosts were extremely helpful, proactive and responsive offering tips to help with altitude sickness, advice on where to rent ski gear and flexible check-in/check-out times. Each night after skiing we went to the sauna to relax and mingle with the other guests. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again for the convenient location, friendly hosts and condo amenities.

Excellent location and kitchen fully equipped! Our family of 5 had a great time at this Airbnb. It's right across Giant Steps Ski Lodge and Lifts, walking there takes a couple mins. The place was warm throughout and there was enough room for our ski stuff to be around.

Amazing location directly across from the mountain. My kids loved the washable access to the slopes. We will definitely choose to stay here again! Great communication and lovely home to return after a full day of skiing.

We were slightly hesitant to stay here because it’s 1.5hrs from Zion (which is what we came for) but so glad we ended up booking this bnb! While it was a drive, we ended up not minding it. The drive was beautiful and the bnb is so nicely decorated, and was very clean. The pull out bed was great for our third person, so was the pool/jacuzzi which we enjoyed every night after hiking all day. The host is awesome. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for whatever reason brings you to the area!

This condo was so comfortable and well stocked. King bed is super comfortable with firm mattress, we slept very well. The views from the windows and balcony are gorgeous. We skied at Brian head resort and walked to the lifts! Kids enjoyed the club house amenities. The host was very helpful and responsive. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

Heather was extremely responsive and the place was in great condition. Access to the gym/pool/hot tub was a great aspect of being here. This was a great home base for us while we explored Cedar Breaks, Zion, and Bryce Canyon

have a little hiccup getting in but even though it was late Amy still responded quickly and we were in, in no time. The place was clean and ready for us. So many spices and little stocked things like that, that made our stay great. Definitely would stay there again!

Great place for some of my employees to stay for the night. Had a slight issue with the front door lock but it was resolved super quickly and easily. Would definitely stay here again!
