Can’t complain about a snowboarding trip! Tips: pack food if you’re getting in late, dig into the instructions to know where you’re going, and drive if you have a car! It’s very close to the mountains, but the shuttles aren’t great and the parking is excellent.

The place was easy to find and the check-in instructions were clear. The unit shows a bit of age but is overall well maintained. Basic cooking condiments were provided, though the range hood wasn’t very effective—opening a window while cooking helps. Heating worked fine, though it took a bit to figure out how to use it. Sound insulation was decent; aside from some morning footsteps from upstairs, it was quiet most of the time. Parking was no problem during our stay. Just note that getting to the unit from the lot involves a narrow staircase, which can be tricky with large luggage. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after two full days of skiing. Overall, great value for the price. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ drive to ski resorts, snowmobile areas, and stores. We’d definitely book again for our next ski trip!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Even though the unit is not fancy (outdated furniture/kitchen, dimly lit, etc), the beds are comfy, there's plenty of hot water, and there's enough space for four. However, we wished to have microwave-safe plates and bowls to make food preparation easier. The location is amazing! Its a 5-minute walk/ 1-minute drive to the Brian Head (Navajo Lodge) ski resort. Or, if we didn't feel like walking with all our equipment we took the free shuttle. The shuttle can also take you other places around Brian Head- ask the driver to take you to the Firehouse for awesome sledding! The unit is part of the Cedar Breaks Lodge. My kids loved using the gameroom (ping pong, air hockey, etc), and there's also a pool, restaurant, and cafe in the same building. Lots of fun! They have covered parking (first come, first served) with 2 free chargers for EVs, and we really liked the luggage cart to help carry our stuff in and out. We loved our stay and will be back!

We were slightly hesitant to stay here because it’s 1.5hrs from Zion (which is what we came for) but so glad we ended up booking this bnb! While it was a drive, we ended up not minding it. The drive was beautiful and the bnb is so nicely decorated, and was very clean. The pull out bed was great for our third person, so was the pool/jacuzzi which we enjoyed every night after hiking all day. The host is awesome. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for whatever reason brings you to the area!

Heather was extremely responsive and the place was in great condition. Access to the gym/pool/hot tub was a great aspect of being here. This was a great home base for us while we explored Cedar Breaks, Zion, and Bryce Canyon

Great place to stay! Even though they allow pets, the condo was exceptionally clean! I lean on the OCD side of cleanliness and this was up to my standard. Very spacious and the furniture was higher end than most rentals I’ve been too. Close to both ski lifts and we really appreciated having a garage to park the car. Loved having a fireplace to sit next to after a long day of skiing.

have a little hiccup getting in but even though it was late Amy still responded quickly and we were in, in no time. The place was clean and ready for us. So many spices and little stocked things like that, that made our stay great. Definitely would stay there again!

This cozy condo was perfect for our family of 5. They had everything we needed to prepare and keep food as well as a few bonus extras like spices and even special dishes like a strainer.😊 We would stay here again for sure. My only suggestion would be to know about the hot tub being under maintenance. My kids didn’t mind the pool temperature but it was a little too chilly for me and my husband (definitely not 95*) to be in very long so it would have been nice to have a hot tub to warm up in. They do however have a sauna in the bathrooms which was a nice feature. The building was all really close to the lifts, grocery store, and we took a short drive up the canyon. Yes the building is old and outdated but the room itself was clean and kept up well with all our needs. We would recommend staying here and we would love to come again in the future. Great first experience to Brian Head Resort. Thanks for hosting us in place David! We really enjoyed our time. 😊👍🏻

Excellent location and kitchen fully equipped! Our family of 5 had a great time at this Airbnb. It's right across Giant Steps Ski Lodge and Lifts, walking there takes a couple mins. The place was warm throughout and there was enough room for our ski stuff to be around.

The condo was perfect for our stay. They had everything you cound need from the pool toys to the kichen gagets and so much more. The lego room was a big hit with the boys. They were super responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay jere again when in Cedar, so close to everything.

The house was very spacious. We didn't feel cramped with 6 adults and 2 children. The basement bedrooms were nice and cool at night. The pool table was very nice to play on.

What a great place. Very homey feel. We were visiting for the Utah Summer Games, and the home is perfectly central to all our events. The house is clean and very easy to find. We enjoyed our evenings in the back yard relaxing. Thank you for a great stay.

Amy's place was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable, and had all the amenities and then some. The beds were comfortable as well.

If you are a fan of Harry Potter, you will absolutely LOVE this location! So much attention to detail is evident in every inch of this home. Be sure to stop and enjoy the many Harry Potter displays within the home to really take it all in. The home is beautifully designed with all the modern conveniences, that left us wanting for nothing. I loved that this spot is designed with families and children in mind. The children in our group thoroughly enjoyed playing on the slide, play room, pickleball/basketball court, net, theater room, hot tub, in ground trampoline, playground, and outdoor giant chess set. A large fridge and freezer, two dishwashers, a fully equipped kitchen, and ample dining space accommodated our large group comfortably. Craig was an excellent host, and responded within minutes to any inquiry I had. He was very friendly as well! 10 out of 10, would recommend to a friend!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Very spacious for our big family and lots of fun activities for the kids such as the movie theatre and pickleball. We all slept very comfortable and our host, Michelle was very responsive & promptly resolved a small concern we had. The area is great with lots to do nearby. We would definitely recommend this house to others & we’d love to visit again soon.

This was a great home base for my girlfriend and I’d road trip through Zion and Bryce Canyon. It was a beautiful home with a spacious bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. Scott was a great host, being very responsive when we arrived later than expected.

We were MORE than satisfied with our stay here!! Perfectly clean and well laid out little house! Very clean, right off the freeway and main road of cedar! Aaron, our host was more than hospitable and helpful!! Highly recommend him and this house! We will definitely rent again in the area!! Thank you SOOOOO MUCH!!!
