A beautiful beach front house location which is about 400m from the center of kokkari.Front view beach and back view mountain.Also close by you will find the well known beaches of kokkari.There are many shops available near by(mini market,caffe's,taverns etc).It has a nice natural sea breeze,a cosy attic with a view of both above( aegean sea and mountain's).The home is also provided with a big bbq area surrounded by greenery.Any other information we would be happy to assist you in any inquiries.

Blue Sky apartments Pythagorion is een moderne en centraal gelegen accommodatie met alles binnen handbereik. The house consists of large, bright spaces with 2 bedrooms with balconies and windows with sieves. Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with a large closet to match. One spacious sitting room with a dining room along with the kitchen which is fully equipped. The house has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Nautical Museum. There is also a large bathroom with all the comforts, with washing machine and dryer. And finally , the house is equipped with Netflix.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.
