Holiday rentals with a patio in Ipioca Beach

Very nice accommodation, super quiet neighborhood, safe and easy to access . We love it! Everything impeccable and wonderful. Indico and I will be back again for sure. The host is a sweetheart .

The week I spent in Sérgio's apartment was perfect. The location is top notch, the apartment has everything we need, and the view is amazing. In addition, Sérgio is a very kind person. I intend to return to Maceió and stay there again.

My experience in the accommodation was very good. The apartment was clean, organized, very cozy, peaceful and quiet. The concierge was always available when we needed it, and the host was very friendly, helping us with everything we needed. In addition, we found the building to be very beautiful, always clean and well maintained. The apartment is close to markets, bakeries and the main tourist spots in the city — we could do almost everything on foot. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely stay in this accommodation again.

Great stay! Everything clean and working. Easy check-in, building and facilities looking new and well cared for. Excellent location, safe and next to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and a few blocks from the beach. I missed some items (wine opener and basic seasoning, such as olive oil and salt. I suggested this to the host). Apartment as in the photos (except the pool area. The pool area has no lounger and due to the construction of a building next door, it has no sea view).

Very well located and exactly like the photos. Close to a bakery, restaurants, market, fair, etc., everything is very easy. Our stay was excellent and we would definitely come back.

The house is amazing, I personally found it even bigger than in the photos, very airy and all the rooms are very clean, including the pool. The barbecue area is very complete, the covered outdoor area is also very spacious and comfortable. Sol was extremely helpful, responding quickly to all messages. Me, my girlfriend and friends loved the experience as a whole, it's definitely a place we would return to and recommend.

Very happy to have chosen this house for my family's vacation! Carlos was extremely attentive, always responding quickly to any questions. The house is exactly as in the photos, it has a very nice leisure area, we took our pets and they loved it! I intend to come back more often!

Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

The wonderful accommodation, my family and I loved the environment, it was the way we wanted it, in front of the beach and with a pool, the apartment was very organized, clean and very accessible, we sought tranquility and found it during our stay, Mr. Eder was super attentive, answering our questions, polite.
