Υπέροχος χώρος σε εξαιρετικό τοπίο και άνετη πρόσβαση στάθμευσης. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια και πολύ εξυπηρετικές και η Αρετή και η κυρία Γεωργία! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Charming greek style old house with great terrasse and view of Kioni. The kitchen set-up is very basic but access to great restaurants 15-20 min walk down in the town. Great communication with host and local recommendations. As described in the ad, the second bed is the sofa in the same space which is a bed mattress but we made it work :)

Die Unterkunft war einfach, sauber und mit allem, was es braucht. Der anliegende Pool und das Restaurant sind hervorragend

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Mein Highlight ist der Balkon und der tolle Blick mit Meeresrauschen :) Alle 2 Tage kommt jemand zum Reinigen, was auch sehr angenehm ist, da vom Strand immer mal wieder Sand mit reingetragen wird. Die Lage ist gut, ruhige Nachbarschaft aber einige super Restaurants und Supermärkte in dirketer Nähe.

It was our first trip abroad with our 5 month old baby. Marilena is great, responsive and helpful host- she set up baby cot for the baby, we washed laundry free of charge when we needed it, and in general had great stay. Fresh sheets and towels were offered whenever needed as well as cleaning of the room. Accomodation was literaly 1 minute from the seaside which was great convenience. Small market where you have mostly everything you nees is also close like 3-5mins walk. We stayed for a week and it was nice for us :)

The place was very nice, located close to a beach, a mini mart, and a few local restaurants, and shops. It’s about a 30 min drive from port. The host was super welcoming, helpful and accommodating for late check-in. However, there isn’t much else to do near by. Tours are easy to book and conveniently located down the road. The bus times are very limited, we would recommend having a car to stay here. The only downside to the place was that the shower had no curtain to keep the water contained therefore leading to the entire bathroom being soaked. We would stay here again, highly recommend.

Unser Gastgeber hat uns den Aufenthalt überaus angenehm gemacht. Es war immer jemand vor Ort- man wurde stets freundlich behandelt- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Η παραμονή μου αν και σύντομη στο συγκρότημα ήταν άψογη!το συγκρότημα βρίσκεται στην σωστή απόσταση από το κέντρο της Πάτρας!το διαμέρισμα της διαμονής μου ήταν τέλειο !το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !!

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr geräumig. Hund und Katze wurden ebenso herzlich Willkommen geheißen, wie wir. 24h jemand an der Rezeption, falls man etwas benötigt. Von uns eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Lovely stay! Would highly recommend if you need a place near Rio. Really nice big balcony and garden out back too.

Πολυ καλος χωρος με πολυ ωραια θεα, καθαρος, τακτοποιημενος, δωρεαν βασικες παροχες και 24ωρη προσβαση/φυλαξη και θεση παρκινγκ ακριβως απ’εξω. Επισης πολυ κοντα στο νοσοκομειο που ηταν και το μερος που κυριως με ενδιεφερε. Θα το προτιμησω ξανα αν βρεθω για τον ιδιο ή αλλο λογο.

Τα λόγια περιττά για τον κύριο Νεκτάριο, οι πράξεις και η καλοσύνη του μίλησαν από μόνες τους. Πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι οι οικοδεσπότες σε σημείο που κάποιος θα έλεγε ότι δεν μπορεί να μπορεί να είναι αλήθεια. Απλά επαγγελματίες οι υπάλληλοι/οικογένεια στο κατάλυμα. Σίγουρα το καλύτερο value for money στις κρατήσεις που έχουμε κάνει με την παρέα μου στα ταξίδια μας σαν ομάδα, αν ξανά επισκεπτώ στην Πάτρα σίγουρα θα είναι στον κύριο Νεκτάριο στα Alexias Apartments. Με τον χαρακτήρα τους μας έκαναν να θέλουμε να ξανά πάμε να τους δούμε!

Άψογη και εξυπηρετικοί η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος, καθαριότητα και άνεση στα δωμάτια. Οικογενειακό περιβάλλον τόσο στην εξυπηρέτηση όσο και στην κατανόηση. Αυτά σίγουρα θα εκτιμηθούν και στην επόμενη διαμονή μας.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Haus waren sehr einladend und gemütlich. Das Frühstück liebevoll zubereitet und mehr als ausreichend. Der Ort Dilofo selbst ist ziemlich einsam, was aber nicht als Nachteil zu bewerten ist. Es ist ein völlig neues Erlebnis in einem " Lost Place" zu wohnen. Jeden Tag bekamen wir viele Hinweise, was wir alles in der Umgebung unternehmen können. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen einen Aufenthalt!

We (a couple) had a lovely time. It was very peaceful, rustik yet charming. Thomas was a great host, proactively reaching out to us and helping us quickly if we had any questions. The place itself is down to earth and has an authentic flair. The room is small and simple, but comfortable, clean, and charming. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to a wide selection of restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a few more minutes down the road. We walked passed to large hotel and found a sweet spot in the middle of the long beach. We will absolutely consider this place if we're going back to Corfu.

I first came to Greece, and I think this settlement and the nearby beach, it was exactly one of the best places to stay, because there are unearthly beauty of the mountains and the beach, clear sea, wonderful cafes on the coast, quite affordable prices and excellent service. But the most important thing is: the sun, the beach and the sea) Great place)

Quando ho letto ostello ho avuto un attimo di esitazione, poi leggendo la descrizione mi sono subito ricreduta. Per la prima volta, nonostante non fosse un hotel con cucina h24, mi sono sentita coccolata da Arta e tutti i suoi consigli “da mamma” su ristoranti, luoghi sconosciuti ai turisti, giri turistici in barca e la facilità di reperire un auto in affitto a poco prezzo. Questa location oltre che essere di una pulizia impeccabile, mi ha fatto conoscere persone straordinarie tra cui i host e alcuni ospiti con cui abbiamo condiviso due chiacchiere in cucina mentre cucinavamo le rispettive pietanze per sentirci un po’ più a casa. Ho apprezzato molto sia la privacy offerta dalla camera che la convivialità dell’area comune. Posso proprio dirlo: sono tornata più ricca e rigenerata di quando ero partita!

Logement impeccable, literie propre et confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. Jolie terrasse avec un beau panorama. Tres fonctionnel. Parking. Possibilité d’aller au centre au ville à pied pour 30min environ. Je recommande !
