Villa Ktima is a private house in a gated estate in the seaside village of Minies, offering one bedroom which sleeps 2 guests. It can accommodate 2 extra guests in the spacious living room (one double/two single sofa beds available). There is a private swimming pool with sea view and a terrace with a barbeque and an outdoor dining space, all surrounded by the total serenity of an olive grove.
