Holiday houses in Ionian Islands

Honestly can't speak highly enough of our trip to this beautiful Villa. Met Nikolaos and his partner upon arrival, both very warm and friendly people who ran through the entire villa to ensure we knew how things worked and where everything was. Place was already stocked up on small items like water, fruit jam, bread, butter, fruit etc etc. The place itself is just absolutely stunning, the views you can't get enough of, the furniture and beds are unbelievably comfortable, luxury towels and bathrobes, slippers, Plenty of privacy with the main town just a short walk away. I would without a doubt recommend this villa to anyone looking for that something extra special, i know we personally would come back every year if possible. Kind Regards Ashley & Becky

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped as if you were at someone's home - great! Communication with the two was very pleasant. Thank you, we had a very nice time!

Fantastic stay at the Blue Pearl. Easy check in with clear instructions The villa and pool were amazing and the kitchen and bedrooms top notch! We all loved the place and didn’t want to leave. The only criticism we have is that an outdoor shower would have been useful to easily wash off suncream before entering the pool. We had to walk through the villa wet to return to the pool after washing off sun cream, the outdoor shower would help with the wet floor issue. We give it 5 stars and will be returning on any future holidays to Kefalonia!

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

Where do we start? We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gerasimos and Vasiliki. You were both incredible hosts and we loved the outstanding service. The villa itself is absolutely stunning! We arrived in the last week of Oct and there no tourists around! The peace and quiet was just so perfect! We loved the weather, the pool, the views! Everything! We drove from the airport and that took about 50 mins. We loved the gate entrance and the privacy it brought with it. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrise every single morning from either the balcony and by the high chairs! Absolutely stunning views. We loved the cute gift basket! Places we visited were: Poros, Skala Beach, Sami, Myrtos Beach (sunset is beautiful) and Argostoli. We highly recommend this villa to all! And we look forward to returning with our family again! We had a wonderful time at Marina's accommodation and felt very comfortable! The location right on the water is simply a dream and you can hardly believe your eyes when you wake up in the morning and look directly at the sea from your bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Our highlight was the SUP boards, which we were allowed to use to paddle on the water. Marina gave us great tips for the island and the surrounding area and her mother was always available as a local contact. We highly recommend the place ☺️
