Monthly Rentals in Iola

Space is part of a duplex in a new subdivision. It's spacious, clean, and well set up for a family or group. There's a small backyard but no fence in case you're planning to bring a dog. Our group would definitely stay again.

Charming house, private location but still very close to town. All the amenities that are needed were there and clearly labeled, so easy to find. The automatic door lock scared our dog, but was a nice security feature for us humans. The fenced in area of the yard was nice, but even better was the ability to walk down the long driveway and around the pond with our dog- she loved that. There were a lot of dead asian beetles upstairs, but I understand those can be out of the owners control. We loved the property on a rainy and foggy December weekend- I imagine it would be amazing if we came back during the summer when we could sit outside and enjoy a fire and the night sky. Thanks Alexandria for being a great host for our Christmas getaway.

We (5 ladies) stayed for a weekend to celebrate a birthday, and this was a beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed the open, clean, modern farmhouse space. The kitchen was well-stocked and the appliances worked well. It was so cool to visit with the goats and chickens (I brought cracked corn to feed them) and kitties, and waking up to the rooster crow was unique. I would be happy to go back!

What a wonderful stay! Judy’s place is clean, quiet and full of history. We enjoyed meeting Judy and hearing all about the schoolhouse! The view from the porch was beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed nearby Waupaca and Stevens Point. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!
