Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. V ledničce čeká snídaně z vybraných bio lokálních surovin pro pomalé a pohodlné ráno. Kuchyňka je vybavena vším, co je potřeba k jednoduchému vaření.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

The modern 45 sqm apartment for 2-4 people with parking is located in Lembach/Upper Mühlviertel, Upper Austria near the border with Germany (about 40 km) between Passau and Linz. The nice, clean apartment with parking is located in the center of the small market Lembach in the upper Mühlviertel. Easy access to department stores, bakeries, restaurants, … and doctors. Up to two people are offered a double bedroom and a modern well-equipped small kitchen-living room.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
