Lovely home away from home in a fantastic location. Accross the road from the beach which is excellent for kids. Supermarket, gas station and McDonalds are next door. Seaford shops are a 10 min walk away down the lovely beach walkways and there is a great playground 5 mins walk away if you have kids. The house is furnished with everything you may need for your stay, the heat pump works great and the neighbours are quiet.

My partner and I were getting married the weekend that we booked Jenny’s air BnB and Jenny accommodated my needs to have my partner and his bridal party there and allow the wedding photographer to come through. They had no issues at all, 100% recommend.

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

My two dogs and I loved our stay here at this air bnb. Unit was lovely and clean on arrival and the unit was furnished with everything we needed. Loved and used the fireplace every night that radiated wonderful heat on these colder winter nights. Loved the fact there is an semi enclosed park/primary school across the units the public can use to walk their dogs.. so found this very convenient for the dogs. The dog friendly beach with gorgeous ocean views was also a short walk away. Close to local shops and eateries and located in a quiet street. Missed out in booking the units with the outdoor baths.. yet will aim to book them next time. Look forward to coming back again.

We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

Tricia was an exceptional host, nothing was a bother catering to us with easy communication and a delightful little basket of treats on arrival. The home is stunning! The views of the bay along with the beautiful interior styled with every detail thought of, It felt like home straight away. We were comfortable in this home, with lots of space. We would recommend this property to anyone and would happily stay again.

Don’t hesitate to book this place. Very well appointed throughout, very comfortable and clean. Fireplace is easy to use and heats the house so well. Gorgeous ambience. Very comfy sofa and beds. Views and bush setting are worth a million bucks. Minutes from the RACV club for restaurants, golf, fabulous kids playground, day spa. Within half hour of most things the peninsula has to offer. We’ll definitely be back, either as a couple, family or girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend Marc's place. We stayed here for the weekend as we were attending our daughters graduation at Cerberus. The Location is perfect and comfortable for families and extended families. Close to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer! Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay, if you’re into golf it was fantastic. If you’re Not it is peaceful and relaxing. Super easy to see things on the Peninsula from. Had most of the things you would need to feel right at home away from home. Well done Mark, we will try to come back.

We had a lovely couple of days at Paul’s house, it was a very easy check in which was great. Amazing location super close to the beach!

We were so impressed with the house as it was newly renovated and the appliances were all branded and top end quality! We especially enjoyed the refrigerator having crushed ice function on a hot day, and that the beach was only 5 mins walk away! We will return to stay again as it's the best value for the amenities and convenience of the location. Thank you for having us once again!

Thank you Sofia for absolutely everything! So many beautiful touches, loved the crystal rock lights, the perfect soft lighting, I’m going to buy some. The food supply was perfect and a lovely surprise after having travelled a long distance. Along with games, picnic items, water bottles, beach towels, so thoughtful. Assisting us so quickly with some things we required. Highly recommended, absolutely sensational.

Angela was such a great Host, so welcoming friendly and hospitable and great and communicating. House was neat and tidy and so close to everything. Thank you for the compliment wine and chocolates we’ll definitely be back 🙏🏼
