Monthly Rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Beautiful property, just what we expected, perfect location, Jane had everything you would need, it was very clean and everything you need for a simple stay for two people. This was a great vacation and we’re glad we went with Janes property. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to go to Ocean Ile, Sunset Beach we had dinner at Ocean Isle fishing Company, a little less than 10 minutes from Jane’s property and definitely worth it

We loved our stay at Scotty’s place and our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We were there for a fast little weekend at the beach and will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area. My family and I loved hearing the fountain in the lake behind the condo and watching the wildlife in and around the lake. We walked to the large pond along the golf course and saw a wood stork, a blue heron, and multiple alligators! The condo is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location and Scotty was so helpful with tips and recs and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

I can not say enough good things about the stay I had here. What a great place. Everyone I met here at the complex were so nice and friendly. The pool is amazing and the view from the back decks are unbelievable. Ending my day sitting out there overlooking the golf course and the Intracoastal waterway was such a highlight. Linda was amazing! Always responsive and very knowledgeable of the area with great suggestions on where to go, what to see and great spots to eat. The unit is as described and very well furnished for long term stays. I would absolutely stay here again!
