Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail. Our apartment is quietly located outside the village center of Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from Schwendi train station and 4 minutes to the ski slopes (towards Grindelwald Terminal) and can accommodate 2-5 people. The 70m2 apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 or 3 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Es handelt sich um ein im italienischen Stil erbautes Haus mit sehr viel Charme und verfügt über eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, die Berner Alpen und den Thunersee. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums und 50m neben einer Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung ist im ganzem Top Stock und besteht aus einem grossen Wohnraum, einem Schlafzimmer, separate Küche und Badezimmer.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
