For bookings of 7 or more people, please divide the number of people and book the adjacent unit as well (it is a two-unit building, so it can accommodate up to 14 people). The beautiful ocean is right in front of you, and behind you is a lush mountain view. If you rent one unit, you can have exclusive use of the first and second floors and the BBQ terrace. You can also spend time with your dog in the living room. You can easily enjoy SUP and sea kayaking (rentals available, advance booking required) and BBQ (free equipment). Delivery rental bicycles are available (advance booking required). The sea is calm, the water is clear, and you can go fishing. You can also enjoy cycling and mountain climbing, and the top of Mt Takami (283 m above sea level) on the island offers a spectacular 360-degree view. The front garden of the villa is large, so you can also have a campfire (notification required). Mukojima is connected to the mainland by a free bridge (Onomichi Bridge). It is a convenient island with 3 large supermarkets, a home centre, a drugstore and a 100 yen shop. There are also local restaurants (such as seafood rice bowls and okoyaki), Italian and French cuisine, a Galette shop, and delicious ice cream and pancake shops. There is a tennis court 15 minutes away by car. There are also power spots such as shrines and large rocks.

The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. The building has been designed to create a comfortable environment while making use of the characteristics of an old private house. The existing exterior walls and structures were insulated and reinforced, but restored to the time when the old house was built. Inside, we made a white box that provides a comfortable environment, and we made it the living room and bedroom. You can relax in a modern Japanese-style design space while staying in an old Japanese house. The bathroom opens to the courtyard with large windows and is full of a sense of freedom. The bathtub and bathroom heating are also equipped to create a comfortable bathroom environment, and privacy is ensured with blinds. It is small but equipped with a kitchen for simple cooking. The entrance is wide and bicycles can be brought inside. There is also a washing machine, so it can accommodate medium to long-term stays. There are also Western-style restaurants, Japanese restaurants, kappo restaurants, and bars nearby, so you can enjoy the local cuisine.

Limited to one group per day, can accommodate up to 4 guests. Only one dog can stay with you (but it must be kept in a cage in the tatami room). It is close to the Shinkansen, so there is noise and vibration every time you pass.It may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound. (It's quiet because it doesn't run from 11:40 PM to 6:20 AM) If you are staying with 2 people, you can have separate bedrooms.Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed. Please let us know your requirements. Free parking is available below the guest house, but please be aware that it is difficult to access from the public road. Also, please park your car inside the white lines. Please be careful not to smoke.
