The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Our apartment Haus Abendrot is located in the 2nd lake row! You are only 100 meters from the lake. Your children can play in the large garden and you can read a book in peace on the terrace. You can lie down anywhere on the lake, there are no restrictions. The steamers dock at the steamer jetty of the village and allow you to take a tour around the beautiful Ammersee.
