We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Little EcoLodge; peace, wildlife and solitude

The little lodge is set in a wildflower paddock nestled beneath a native woodland copse. French windows open out onto a decking area with wonderful views over the undulating Berwickshire countryside. The Lodges’s open-plan layout consists of a living area with sofa bed and kitchen/dining area with wood-burning stove. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The Studio is close to the beach, ideal for couples with the benefit of off street parking. There is a living room area, with a sofa, TV and dining table. There is a new kitchen with sink, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and microwave, cutlery, crockery and glasses. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and space to store clothes. The en-suite is off the bedroom with a mains shower and toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and towels
