Large property with plenty of space for the big family The house offers three different housing units, a three-room apartment, a one-room apartment and a detached courtyard house all with access to a large lovely courtyard in the middle of central Visby city centre. Here you all live at an address but with individual private sleeping parts if you like. Location is unique, 80 meters to Visby harbor and close to everything, to Stora Torget you walk in a few minutes. Note: during the period week 27-32, we only rent out weekly, changeover day Sunday

Visby neighborhood Gotland Relax in this fantastic newly built house with a natural plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometres north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with a kilometre to the sea and the cosy Själsö fishing harbour. The newly built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

On the first floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher, one bathroom and one bedroom. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (two single beds in each) as well as a newly renovated bathroom. Outside there is a secluded patio with barbecue grill, perfect for nice evenings. At fantastic Fridhem, about 5 km south of Visby, is this fresh accommodation with both private parking and a secluded location on a scenic plot. The beach at Fridhem is only a 5-minute walk away and barely two kilometers north you will find the children's favorite, Kneippbyn. The accommodation is 60 sqm and has a shower, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV (Apple TV), free WiFi, patio with barbecue. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
