With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Here you live close to everything with a kilometre to the sea and the cosy Själsö fishing harbour. The newly built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Welcome to our limestone house on the farm. This is a charming place that has been a part of the family for generations. Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. Casa Kruttornet - town house inside Visby ring wall

From the entrance on Strandgatan it is only 60 meter to the sea where you can flank on the boardwalk or take a morning swim! Casa Kruttornet is sheltered and has a kitchen, bedroom with a double bed (120 cm) and a living room with two beds as well as a dining table, i.e. a total of 3-4 sleeping places as well as a bathroom with a toilet. There is TV, WIFI, induction hob & oven, fridge & freezer, microwave as well as washer & dryer. In addition, there is an outdoor grill in the common courtyard.
