The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

Stroll to an array of beautiful beaches, popular cafes and local shops, with the tourist enclaves of Scarborough Beach & Sorrento Quay just 5-7 mins drive away respectively! Furry family members (2 dogs) are as welcome as those less hairy!

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

One Bedroom, Queen size bed, very comfy. Separate recently renovated Bathroom with Shower, vanity and Toilet, combined living, very comfy lounge, eating area with table. Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

The stylish decor makes for a comfortable, easy stay, close to the iconic Scarborough and Trigg beaches, a great variety of restaurants and activities. It is a pleasant walk to the coast, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and St Mary's School and a short drive to the city. The studio is suitable for individual, couples and business travellers.

Beachside Scarborough - 300m to the beach

2 minutes walk to Scarborough Beach and restaurants. You’ll love it, a large spacious house with an amazing outdoor living space with the ease of the hop, skip and jump (literally only 300 meters) to the beach and 900m to the Scarborough pool! Free Netflix in the lounge room, with both bedrooms (one king bed & one queen bed) having ceiling fans and the air conditioner in the open planned lounge room cools the air on those warmer days. It's a great place for all travellers.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

A spotlessly clean, private & self contained Garden Studio, with pergola & private access. Minutes from the Karrinyup Shopping centre cinema’s, bars and eateries, Scarborough and Trigg beaches 3 min by car, easy walking distance to great cafes and bars. Our Studio has reverse cycle air con, kitchenette, outdoor cooking, free NETFLIX, and wifi. Centrally situated between the beach and city on the bus route to the train station. We have a friendly dog as well.

By the park - 10 min walk to beach

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).
