⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing time staying at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to 3 sisters springs Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like Pool table fire place I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

This house wss everything we needed. Steve was great and made sure we had everything we needed and let us use some kayaks and paddle boards to go out on. Highly recommend and will book again!

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Susan’s place was great, really peaceful, we had canoes and barbecues and a place called the freezer just down the road, a short bike ride away, ice cream bar everyone in in area is super friendly, we’d totally recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay.

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rebecca and Gary were great hosts and had everything set up for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is our second time coming to Brock’s beautiful place in the summer. The kids absolutely love being able to go out in the springs any time of the day. We love to eat at Swampys, going antique shopping, renting a boat, and most of all relaxing at this lovely home. We hope to be back next summer!

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home and Charity’s hospitality. She sent plenty of recommendations prior to our trip and was very responsive throughout. The house was spacious, giving everyone enough room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and we even saw deer one morning. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the property! Both the property manager and property owner were incredibly kind and attentive—always quick to respond to any questions we had. The property itself is massive, peaceful, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and exploring the little beach the owner told us about—she gave us clear directions and made sure we felt at home. The location is great too, close to some of the most famous springs in Florida. What truly made this trip special was the unique experience with the animals. The owner rescued a sweet deer that visits in the early morning and at dusk—she warmed up to us quickly and was such a joy to be around. Precious and Ruby, her pets, were also very sweet and friendly, and we were able to feed the deer and spend time with the animals, which we loved. It was a perfect stay, and we’re already planning to come back!

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

Great little spot! This is the second time I come and stay here because the price and location is hard to beat.. we saw baby dolphin jumping right behind the house at sunset time, manatee, and along the river there were otters and deer and just so much beauty! Staying here is one of the easiest ways to see the Weekiwachee River. It has everything you need: AC beds with clean linens, clean kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to be prepared to share the outside area though! There is another rental above and the yard is a shared space (something I forgot all about.) Everyone we encountered from above was very nice. Also noticed the kayaks were upgraded since my last visit! Wonderful weekend all in all. Will be back.

Have booked several times and stayed in multiple units. Have always found Garry’s rentals to be impeccably clean & well stocked. The beds are so comfortable as well!!

An amazing stay, this is what you picture when you want to go out in the country and have a farm, super peaceful, a ton of amenities and activities, super nostalgic, we had an amazing time

My family spent Father’s Day weekend at Casey’s cabin and we loved every second of it! Peaceful, full of wildlife, private, and family friendly! What a weekend to remember. I would highly recommend this place to any nature lovers or families/couples looking to “unplug”. Can’t wait to book again!

This is our second time staying here, my dog, boyfriend, and I love it here! We would live here if we could, haha. Leslie is so helpful and always responds quickly. If you love being in nature, this is great! Our dog loves the fenced in backyard, walking to the park by the water, and also riding on the golf cart! They have everything you need here, and more! We took our dog out on the double kayak, and it was so nice! We saw otters and lots of nature. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but a cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We will be back again, I am sure of that. Thank you Leslie and Richard!

Very Beary Cabin provided a beautiful and relaxing break from reality. Nancy is probably the best host I have ever worked with. I spent a ton of time in the swing, on the dock listening to the birds and relaxing with the beautiful view of Crystal Lake. We would definitely return!

The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful! Felt very cozy ! Me and my family had a wonderful time here ! The outdoor space was great for the kids ! There was a ping pong table darts and plenty of games to keep them entertained! Overall great stay would love to visit again ! Emilie was a great host ! Very communicative and even provided us with a welcome guide which was very thoughtful and came in handy !

Experience was perfect and exactly what my husband and I needed to get some R&R and peace away from the busy city. Lots of great fishin off the dock. Bluegill, gar, bowfin,catfish, and a wee baby alligator. Friendly people nearby and good food and live music at the restaurant across the street. We will definitely return.

Carrie was a great host and the gentleman that showed us our cabin and checked on us occasionally at the beginning and end of our stay. Sweet group of people and a nice place on the water. Will probably come again.
