Ryan was very helpful, and checked in via in-app messaging periodically to make sure everything was going alright. Would stay again if I cone back to Lansing!

I loved everything! The nature in the backyard was just beautiful! We enjoyed watching deer, rabbits and turkeys. The house was spotless and contained everything we needed. The kitchen was full of dishes, cookware and spices. It had a full coffee bar. I would definitely stay again.

The house was so cute and perfect for our needs, including our dogs! We felt very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This place offers a lot for a good value. The back yard is awesome! There is a very nice fire pit and a few chairs to relax in. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. Definitely recommend staying here.

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

I have stayed at Cassie's place before, and it's in an excellent location if you're in downtown Lansing. While you're there, explore the nice, old Westside neighborhood. It's a great place to stay for a couple of days.

Our stay with Eric and Kimberly was possibly my best Airbnb experience ever! Not only was the property itself spotless, safe, and comfortable, but Eric and Kimberly went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional! They were extremely responsive and flexible in their communication, and they also had snacks, waters, and a lovely graduation gift and card for me upon arrival! I can honestly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lansing--it is conveniently located near downtown and the MSU campus, but far enough that you avoid the congestion and craziness, especially of campus. Great for families and, although we were all adults, it looks like Eric and Kimberly had everything set up to make the stay comfortable for kids, too! I would happily stay here again. Homely and beautiful apartment, centrally located and responsive host. It was a great two weeks stay and highly recommend for family stay.

We had the most amazing stay! This place is super cool, very modern with great amenities. Bathroom feels like a Manhattan spa, draft beer on tap was a huge plus, bed was extremely comfortable. The host was super helpful and friendly. Could not have had a better way to ring in the new year. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was staying at Suellen's place a second time because the first time was exactly what I needed and so, the perfect place to return to. The apartment is cozy and had the amenities I needed. Suellen is a great host, personable and helpful. We're almost family now!

Great spot next to Sparrow Hospital. I stayed here because it was walking distance for STOOPFEST 2025. Clean, good AC, private, safe. Everything you could ask for in an AirBNB and more!

This is our second time staying at this place. We returned because we had a very pleasant stay last time. Needless to say, our stay this time was very pleasant and peaceful as well. The host, Caitlyn, is also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who would like to live a 10 min drive away from East Lansing!!

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! It was a perfect location - close to MSU and shopping, it had a gorgeous yard and artwork, and it was SO CLEAN. Communication was great, and it was nice to briefly meet the owner and the dogs. :) As the description states, it is a basement so you will hear the family moving about upstairs. That said, it was not bothersome for me, the space is very private, and I was able to relax and get work done during times I was not visiting campus. This is one of the nicest airbnb homes I've stayed in, and I would absolutely return. Thank you!

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Spacious one bedroom condo. Nice bathrooms, good water pressure. Great location- walkable grocery/market and coffee shop below. Cute downtown restaurants. View of stadium and capitol building. It was the perfect location for our visit to MSU- less than 10 minutes to campus.

This was a wonderful stay! My boyfriend and I were in town for a couple of days and it was the perfect place. This level of attention to detail is something that many other places lack, so I was grateful for such a great experience. The bed is comfortable and there are blackout blinds, both ensuring a great night of sleep. Definitely stay here and check out HopCat’s for a laid back dinner option with great food! I’d stay here again and again if I could :)

Val was an amazing host. She was always available when I had any concerns and accommodated any requests I had. she also helped me get to know the area better by recommending activities for my daughter and I. I'm really going to miss the view from the wall length windows. The location is great, everything you need is literally up the street. Downtown is a 5 min walk from the condo and is so beautiful. I would stay again.
