Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Indianapolis

Fatima and Natalie are excellent hosts. Great communication and responsiveness. Reality is reflected well in pictures and descriptions. Great location, just minutes to downtown and minutes to U of Indy. Immaculately clean and very well appointed. Newly modeled with all you could ask. I will stay here again when in Indy.

Our stay here was one of my favorites in Indianapolis so far. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. We have dietary restrictions and so having a kitchen that was ready for us & functional was amazing. It eliminated all of the “eating out” issues we usually face when traveling. Kathy was responsive to any questions we had, and even offered to help us find sticks for roasting s’mores! I am environmentally sensitive, and this home was an A+ in my book! Thanks again!

One of our best Airbnb experiences to date. Wonderful, communicative hosts with great recommendations, and super helpful with questions. The house was perfect for our Indy 500 getaway and had the most adorable race weekend decorations. Molly was kind enough to stock the house with drinks and snacks for us as well. The location was super convenient and we felt right at home. HIGHLY recommend for a trip to Indianapolis!!!

Andrew’ s place was exactly as described. Very spacious and well maintained. The outside sitting spaces could have been more clean is what I felt but rest everything was great

This is our second time staying at this home. It was fantastic! Carolyn is very friendly and responsive. The home was clean, comfortable, decorated with race flags and balloons, and even had breakfast food and snacks! We could not have found anything better. We have stayed in numerous Airbnb’s when coming to the Indy 500 and this home is by far the best! We hope it is available to stay here every time we visit Indianapolis. The proximity to the track, as well as the great condition and amenities, really added to our Indy 500 enjoyment!

Fantastic stay! Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s in the best area. Close to anything you could possibly want to do. Everything was perfect, the amenities were amazing. Privacy was awesome. Hosts were super friendly & responsive & incredibly helpful. I cannot wait to plan our next stay & enjoy this perfect home away from home. 💕

Not only is the bungalow cute and comfortable it is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The bungalow is exactly what I would love in a retirement home - perfect size and remodeling and lovely decorated. We enjoyed sitting in the back area and also on the front porch. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable. Out the door and a couple of blocks later, there are a multitude of restaurants. The Monon Trail is easily accessible from the house. Over our stay we were able to enjoy many walks.

Kathleen's place was great. There were 2 families that stayed so a total of 4 adults and 4 kids, 3 and under. There was more than enough room for all of us and we didn't even use the basement which is a second apartment really. Kathleen left great instructions, the place was clean, the yard is fenced in so we let the kids run around with no problem. I would absolutely stay here again! Just to comment on the street that others commented on. It is on a busy street but I never heard anything in the bedrooms and all the kids had no issues sleeping. The location didn't bother us at all it was actually 7 minutes from the children's museum and alot of parking.

Everything was great . Very accommodating . As soon as I got there I feel right a sleep . Felt just like home hahahaha

The Beehive was extremely flexible. Our first AirBNB cancelled on us when we were an hour and a half away from Indy. I was able to book the Beehive while in the car, no problems! The unit was as described, large, lots of room to spread out. It is in the downtown area of Indy, so you can expect it to be very urban when you walk around. We felt safe in the building. I was able to walk to Panera in the mornings and Jacks donuts, and there is a bistro right in the building you can order food from easily. We were there for a swim meet at the IU natatorium, and you could easily walk there from the apartment. There is lots of walking space along the canal that runs downtown. Definitely pay the extra for parking in the garage -- it is worth it!!! You would have a hard time finding parking otherwise, in my opinion. The garage is around the corner a bit, and kind of hard to navigate at first, but you can access the building once you are in the garage. Definitely opt for the parking.

fantastic host. clean place to stay. perfect location for us attending for the NFL combine. within walking distance to places to eat, things to do, the stadium and convention center. will recommend to anyone and everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

If you want to stay downtown, this is the perfect place. We walked everywhere! It was actually really quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space for 7 girls staying there. The place is much bigger than I expected! Loved it. Would stay again!

Updated and well situated to go to a local tavern or quick bite. Only minutes from the arts district in Carmel. Clean, comfortable and relaxed.

My friend and I were in town for an event. We had an absolute fantastic stay at Rodneka’s apartment. It was clean and spacious along with being very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and the snacks were a nice touch!
